After three unsuccessful attempts at getting a plumber to our home, I found RPN plumbing through a work colleague. I reached out to RPN at 830am and I received a phone call back before 12pm. We made arrangements for a visit at the home within days, he worked with my time constraints. After he viewed what needed to be done, Ryan followed through with an estimate for the work. I reviewed the invoice with my family and went ahead to confirm the work order. I did not receive an estimated time of arrival between certain hours like many home services provide; Ryan gave me a time and he was arrived promptly before the stated time. What I thought was going to take all day took less time with his assistant. They arrived promptly at 730am and were done just after 1130am. I had run out for an errand and he called me to inform me they were done. With our three areas of concern, I have received the utmost dedicated and professional work at our home. What an amazing transformation from what we had before to what we have now, thanks to Ryan’s company. (Outdoor spigot repaired; new piping in the basement without any leaks along with no more bandaid support; new water heater installed and they removed the old one; and resealed the toilets in the home.) They are also very polite and respectful with our home. They are dog-friendly too! I look forward to any of my future projects with Ryan at RPN Plumbing. Ryan is my go-to plumber! He has done several projects for me around my home. He is always courteous, professional and prompt. He's gotten me out of more than a few jams with only very short notice. His work is always impeccable and he doesn't run the clock like a lot of others, he is very efficient. He's also talked me through easy fixes I could do myself when he isn't available.
