The owner Cruz came out on short notice and was able to unclog our pipe. He did a fast job and had an amazing attitude. I would really recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing plumber.

Great customer service partnered up with amazing plumbing work. Thank you near me and Cruz for taking care of my clogged drain. My mainline sewer way clogged and was able to get it unclogged the same day on a Saturday. They even gave me a free camera inspection to see the condition of my sewer.

The combination of the quality of work from the technician and the competency of the office is appalling! I recommend going elsewhere to get a better value. They really set me back because I am not having to pay someone else to fix their mistakes!

I contacted Cruz to come out and hydrojet a mainline for one of my customers. After spending 1 hour 20 mins on the jobsite they were gone and claimed to have cleared the roots in the mainline. I was charged $800 for 2 hours of work with no camera inspection. After doing a camera inspection myself I found the same amount of roots in the line as before, as if they didn't even hydrojet at all! I contacted Cruz and he set up an appointment for the next day at 3pm to return and complete the job properly. They no called no showed. I contacted Cruz again amd he set up an appointment for the following day at 9am. Again no call no show. Since then I have been ignored, they ignore messages from my office. They did not offer the services they charged for, did not warranty their work and have not given a refund. I do not recommend this company or Cruz for any type of work. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME

Oh, my heavens. I would love to give ten stars! The only unfortunate part of my interaction was that it didn't happen earlier! Two other companies came to my house before I was in contact with Near Me, nothing but salesman, with skyrocketed prices; blamed on necessary upgrades. Near Me was the opposite experience. Cruz called right away and asked me for some pictures of my existing water heater, he was more than pleasant and completely willing to give me not only a free over-the-phone quote but also advice if I were to try to do it myself! The previous company told me they would need to charge me for "research" if I wanted direction in doing the job DYI style! I must iterate this was during a holiday weekend! Such stellar communication! After Cruz gave me an out-the-door quote, of far less than half the other companies' price, the man of the hour, Jesus arrived punctually (again, holiday weekend) to replace my water heater. Words fail to describe how kind and helpful both Cruz and Jesus are! Jesus was more than willing to put up with me asking a million questions, and hovering over him while he busted his butt fixing my water heater! It turns out, all of the aforementioned upgrades were included in the quote! I could not be happier with this company and its wonderful team! I have found the people for my future plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs, and most certainly any friend that asks for a recommendation!

So, I woke up this morning and went to go take a shower and I had to turn the hot water on full blast and was only coming out a little bit of lukewarm. I ran down to my basement and the pilot light was out and the little light on it was not blinking on the water heater. I wanted to maybe replace the necessary parts to fix the electric lighter that's on my water heater, but guess what, those parts take two weeks to arrive! So I called Cruz at this business and explain what was going on and he looked it up immediately to see what the serial number was on my water heater and found out that the warranty of it expired literally a week ago. So he then asked me to go down to the water heater and maybe he could talk me through on the phone just to see what's going on with it and lo and behold he explained a way to jump start the water heater and the electrical parts of it and now I have hot water! I cannot tell you how nerve-wracking it is to wake up on a Sunday morning and not knowing anything about water heaters, and worried about how am I going to even be able to take a shower now or what's going to happen when I try to go to work the next morning. I'm sure that this water heater will give me more problems and I will be reaching out to this business from now on for any problems I have with it! Gave me free advice over the phone on how to fix it myself, so now you have a permanent customer!

My sprinklers would not turn off so I tried to turn off the water to my sprinklers and broke the stop waste valve then the water really started to flow, to the point I got some in my basement. I spoke with Cruz and he walked me through how to turn off my water from the main. Jesus was there the next day, this all happened at like 10:00 PM on a Saturday night BTW. But Jesus got the water on to house so we could at least shower. The crew showed up like 2 days later to fix the problem which was fine since we had water to the house just not the sprinklers. The whole experience was amazing and they were all so kind, legitimately concerned for our situation. They did phenomenal work and even recommended a great sprinkler guy. I can't tell you how thankful I am for their great service. This is the only company I would call if you have any plumbing needs. Thanks again guys, you are amazing and total life savers. Water damage is the worst but I don't have any thanks to them.

This company is absolutely amazing! We had our main drainage from our home back up during a holiday weekend. These guys responded quickly when we reached out to them. They came out within 24 hours and arrived at the time they said they would. Not only did they snake our drain to clear it, they also used a camera to show us what our drainage system looked like which we were not expecting them to do at no additional cost to us. At the end of the service, they were honest with us about what we could expect moving forward. We live in an old house so the pipes will need replacing or lining at some point in the near future. We didn't pay anything more than what we were quoted over the phone when we contacted them. I will be using Near Me in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I will also be recommending them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Unfortunately have to change my review to a 1 star. My tenants complained of a sulfur smell coming from a new water heater install by Cruz. I filled out an online form on 5 Feb and also texted Cruz's personal cell with no answer. I bought a gas leak detector and as soon as I walked into the house it reported 1% LEL. I then checked both gas connections on the water heater unit and it spiked to 4% LEL and 6% LEL. A very dangerous situation for this family and their newborn. You would think a plumber would check their work and test those connections. As I've now been ghosted by this company and also do not trust the work I now get to spend more money on another technician to fix this costly mistake.

Alex and Eddie did a great job. Alex was very nice and explained everything to me. Eddie also was very helpful. We had a leak and Alex came that night to look into it. We were glad he was available. We had the pipes cleaned out the next day and a new toilet and faucet. Our old faucet was very old and difficult but Alex persevered and now my bathroom is like new! They also put in a new hot water heater at the home show rate. It's so great to not have to wait forever for the water to get hot. Getting the old water heater out was a bear but again Alex and Eddie worked really hard to get it all taken care of. Thanks for all your hard work!

This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.

Cruz and Jesus were so kind and helpful. They were the only ones that answered our phone call and they walked us thru what to do over-the-phone night of. It was late at night and our sprinklers were flooding into our house, they were at a real flooded house but still answered the phone to help. They proiritized us the next morning to make sure we had restored water to the house. We called at least 2 other compaines, no answer and no response from either of the other places for days. We would've had a ruined basement. Thank you so much! 10/10!!!

Cruz came out right away to help me with a weekend emergency. I was so impressed with his honesty. As a single mom, I feel like sometimes people try to take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge. Cruz serviced my home twice. Even though it’s only been a week, I’ve already recommended him to others. I highly recommend working with him and his company because it’s hard to find people who do the right thing anymore, and he does. I’m calling him first for all of my future plumbing needs and recommending him to all of my friends.

Cruz came out within 24 hours to fix my water heater. I called and he was very sympathetic that we didn’t have any hot water 😭 he came right out on a Saturday and was very nice and was quick to identify the problem with my water heater. Even though he identified the problem he still checked the entire system to see if there were any other issues. I was very happy with the service provided and the cost as well. If I have any other issues I’ll definitely be using this company and will be recommending others as well!!!
