If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Kevin is SO reasonably priced and really knows his stuff!! Overall fabulous experience. Kevin was courteous, professional, and installed our new water heater quickly and perfectly. Everything works flawlessly, and the cleanup was excellent. Highly recommend!

I called for an estimate and asked to set up an appointment. He said he’d call me back to schedule me in, and never did. I left a voicemail the next day, no response.

One of the worst customer service experiences. John is very rude and unprofessional. I am on the phone with my home warranty to let them know I am dropping them because of this company. Called to check status on my service request asking why I haven't heard anything from 1/26. His rude reply " I have no clue". Same experience I had a couple years ago, nothing has changed.

My sewer line was blocked and needed to be rodded out. After using a variety of companies over the years, I called Kevin out to do the work I needed this time. When I phoned him, he said would come out the same day to get the work done. He arrived as promised, and after I let him know what the problem was, he pulled out his gear and wasted no time getting to work. He got my sewer line opened up but kept working on it until he was satisfied that it wasn't just draining, but that he cleared any and all the obstructions in the pipe. He inspected it after he was done, showed and explained to me what he had found. and gave me some recommendations on what I could do to maintain it. I am happy that I chose Kevin for this job and if I have any more plumbing issues in the future, he will be the first person I call. I would recommend him. Thanks again Kevin. (2024.01.01) Recently had another problem at my house and called Kevin again. It appeared to be a blockage in a different area of my sewer line. He rodded it out, checked with his camera, saw that there was still some roots in the pipe. He rodded it again until he was satisfied that it was completely clear. He showed me the line was clear all the way to the main sewer. 3 years ago he told me what to do to combat the root problem, I followed this advice and haven't had a problem in that section since. The roots that were causing the recent problem were located in a different area of the pipe. He told me what to do to and I plan on following his advice again. If I ever have any future problems, Kevin will be the first person I will call for help. It is nice to find someone who knowledgeable, competent, and does his job well. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone having plumbing problems. Once again, thank you Kevin, I appreciate you taking care of me again.

I called another plumbing company that was suppose to be reputable to come out and have a estimate to replace two pipes. They came on a Friday and said we will get you a estimate next week. Needless to say I called the plumbing company a week later and was told that they would send out the estimate next week as the tech was still out. Here we are Tuesday, so a week and a half later and needed to get this done. I called Neace Sewer & Water Service at 930am and told him what I needed done and he said he would be able to come out the same day. He told me he would call to let me know if he could make it within the time frame he gave me and he sure did. Gave me a courtesy call when he was 15 mins away. Showed up and replaced both pipes in a very reasonable time and a very reasonable price. I could not be more thankful for him coming out the same day I called and taking care of the job and not having me wait a week. I have used other plumbing companies in a past but this guy was great, he was honest, and gave a very reasonable price and did not over charge at all. I would recommend Neace Sewer & Water Service to anyone that has any plumbing needs. I will 100% be using them again in the future for all my plumbing needs. Kevin, the owner of this establishment was amazing and a consummate professional! He arrived at my home when he said that he would show up, his work proved to be affordable and effective, he was extremely respectful of my property and my family in the home, and he had a great attitude and was easy to talk to. He also was a great teacher when it came to what he was doing in my bathroom and I appreciate a good teaching moment. I haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past from other local companies. Some wanted to charge an unrealistic price for such little work and some were downright jerks, but Kevin was kind, honest, and his rates were reasonable for what I needed. I look forward to doing business with Kevin or Jeff in the future since he appears to be a trustworthy person who really knows a lot about sewers, boilers, drain pipes, etc. My family and I are very grateful that Kevin showed up at the right time today and proved to be an ethical and hardworking man. I 100% recommend Neace for your plumbing needs! Having just moved to the Miller Beach/Gary area I was in search of a plumber to rod my sewer lines because I was having a back up in my basement. I had two other local companies come out before finding Neace - these other two companies were horrible - not only did they not solve my back up problem, but charged me an arm and a leg and told me I needed to spend 15K to replace my entire sewer line. Neace was a breath of fresh air - Neace was super responsive, patient with all my questions, and solved my back up problem in 1 hour! Neace was 100% honest and upfront about the issues with my plumbing, and instead of trying to sell me on a 15K repair like other companies, Neace gave me quality advice on how to properly maintain my sewer lines moving forward. Not only do I recommend Neace, but I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Kevin was a life saver when dealing with a sewer repair crisis. Four seasons plumbing lied about work that needed to be repair and Kevin came out for a second opinion. He explained to me that the repair four seasons were trying to complete was unnecessary and a waste of money. He helped me solved my issue and gave me great customer service. I saved thousands of dollars from his quick trip to inspect my problem. His integrity behind his work ethic and knowledge in the plumbing field is amazing! I’m grateful for the time you took to come out! I would recommend him to anyone that needs an honest and knowledgeable opinion. A couple of years ago I noticed the main drain clogged due to a small backup from a basement floor drain everytime water was being used. It started to get worse to the point that the water wouldn't go down anymore, I contacted Kevin late at night via message to leave a notice and he personally answered which was an awesome service. We agreed on a 2 days out appointment, he went above and beyond and was here the very next day. He made time out of his busy schedule to address my issue. He was very professional, respectful and got to the point. While he was here I needed another service performed which he executed without any issue. I would definitely recommend and will contact him for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again for an excellent service.

The BEST!!! Kevin saved the day!!! I woke up to my water heater leaking. Went to Home Depot to purchase a new water heater. Of course there was no associate to assist me in the Water Heater Department. Fortunately there was a man walking down the aisle with a T-shirt that said Neace Sewer & Water Service. I asked if he was a plumber, he said yes. After showing him pictures of my situation he told me HD did not carry what I needed. He took my info and after finishing the job he was working, he was at my house within 2 hours with a new water heater. He Installed the heater at a very fair price. He was professional, clean and polite. I will be calling Neace Sewer & Water Service for ALL my plumbing needs!!!

I was having some issues with my main line, and wasn't sure who to call (as I am relatively new to the area). After calling around to a few other places, I called Kevin at Neace Plumbing and he was more than helpful, just in the initial phone call! He was at my house the very next morning, got the job done quickly and professionally, even ran a camera down the line to show me the job was done right. He was very thorough and professional. I can tell Kevin takes so much pride in his work, it definitely shows. From here on out, whenever I need plumbing work done, Kevin is the one I am calling, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone that may need his help!!!

I had a basement renovation where copper furnaces were paired to a cast iron system and they never worked. I had a few other people look at it and even work on it and still nothing. Kevin immediately knew the issue was that the two systems heated at different levels and never should have been installed in the first place. He found me the proper parts and installed them quickly. Lesson learned. Go with a professional instead of just some guy that knows a little plumbing. Kevin knows what he’s doing and does quality work at a reasonable price. He has the skill and knowledge required to make sure your system works as it should. Highly recommend.
