“My kitchen sink clogged and couldn't find any plumber that would work on weekends. And when I called Neace Sewer, Kevin doesn't work on weekends either, BUT, he didn't turned me down either. He offered to work after his working hrs, and with NO extra charge!”

“One of the worst customer service experiences. John is very rude and unprofessional. I am on the phone with my home warranty to let them know I am dropping them because of this company. Called to check status on my service request asking why I haven't heard anything from 1/26. His rude reply " I have no clue". Same experience I had a couple years ago, nothing has changed.”
