Jerry was very professional, courteous and did a superb job at replacing our meter canister in order to restore our power before the big snowstorm is expected to hit this weekend. Though this is my first time using Murray Electric, I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. They were the only company able to get to my emergency repair on the same day.
Dillon was really great to work with. I am so pleased with his work! Had an issue with my kitchen lighting after a DIY job where only one of the new lights was coming on. He arrived quickly, was very pleasant to talk with, and quite efficient. Replaced all the connectors in 30 minutes. My kitchen now has light again! Thank you so much!
If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Jason Smith was our electrician and he is AWESOME! We had a lot of electrical issues on this home we just bought and Jason worked through them all and even pleasantly handled all the fixing we needed on more issues we were finding even while he was here. I recommend Jason and Murray Electric very highly for your electric needs. You will not be dissatisfied!!
On February 6th, we had our septic tank professionally pumped at a cost of $457.60. Just days later, our plumbing became clogged between the two bathrooms inside our home. On February 11th, we contacted Murray Plumbing and Electric to snake the line and resolve the issue. On February 12th, my husband took time off work to meet the technician, Zac. After explaining the problem, Zac snaked approximately 10 feet into the line, removed some grease, verified that the toilets were flushing, and left. The entire service took about 10 minutes. We were charged the $89 service call fee plus $195 per hour, totaling $284. Almost immediately after the visit, the clog returned, leaving one of our bathrooms completely unusable. Paying $284 for a service that lasted only minutes and did not resolve the issue is extremely disappointing. I contacted the company and spoke with Jenny through their call center. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that the technician appeared to do the bare minimum rather than fully clearing the line. Jenny assured me another plumber would return and that we would not be charged to make it right. On February 18th, Ozzie and his trainee arrived. Ozzie was professional; however, we were informed that while the $89 trip fee would be waived, we would still be charged $195. At this point, we had already spent over $740 addressing this problem and still did not have a functioning bathroom. Ozzie himself stated that the previous technician likely only loosened enough grease to temporarily relieve the blockage, which explains why the clog returned so quickly. We were then referred to Missy, the manager, who shifted the blame to the company that pumped our septic tank — despite the clog being clearly located between the two bathrooms inside our home, not in the septic tank. We were ultimately told that because the septic tank is now supposedly full again, they cannot snake the line. This entire experience has been frustrating and costly, with no resolution. We expected thorough service and accountability, especially after paying substantial fees. Instead, we are left with an unresolved plumbing issue and an unusable bathroom. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
Had a slab leak under the foundation. Called Murray plumbing due to a friend of ours recommending them. Brandon and team were successful in finding the leak and very transparent on the price as well as the next steps needed for repair. Not pushy at all which I'm a fan of. Repair job was approx. 4 hrs, but part of that was because it was during lunch. Thanks Brandon!
