Our toilets and showers were backed up and clogged. The Munoz Services in El Sobrante, Ca came to our home in less than 1 hour. They worked diligently without breaks and cleared up the clogged mess. They brought in their snakes and went below the house without hesitation and cleaned up after themselves with a most reasonable price. We highly recommend them! We will use the Munoz Services again to insert a Clean Out.

I had water flowing out from under my mobile home and called them. They came out the same day and checked thoroughly under the trailer. They found it was not a pipe leak but likely a drainage problem on the property so no plumber was needed. They did not charge me for this excellent service. I appreciated their help.

Won't recommend at all. I shd be filling complaint against company and Ruben threatening me. Look at dead grass pictures stay away

In Jan 2021. I had them come out for a simple concrete slab. A few times they did not show and didn't communicate why until I reached out. Once they started digging up the grass they discovered that there were 3 irrigation pipes that needed to be either re-routed or removed. Francisco said they were dead lines and had no water going thru them so he cut them. They laid the slab, it turned out very nice. I did not have my irrigation on because it was winter. Once I turned it on I discovered it was leaking under the slab! Ruben comes and digs under the slab and caps the leak sight unseen, I imagine that will be a problem at some point. Later when the weather warmed up I realized that a whole line of sprinklers wasn't working. I called and texted Francisco multiple times starting may 4th and he kept telling he would be coming to check it out. A month later he told me to call Ruben. I called Ruben on June 9th and he said it would be $50 to analyze if it was their fault and if not they would charge me to fix it. Fine, I needed it fixed. He still hasn't come. I finally had it fixed by someone else today. Beware, not reliable and once the job is done it seems they don't care.

I had a water leak in my water heater and called this morning to see if Munoz Services could help. Mario called back very quickly and asked me questions about the problem as well as reviewed photos of the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, detailed and friendly. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and we came to the conclusion a new water heater was needed. The broken water heater was drained and disconnected, a new appropriate water heater was purchased, driven to the house and a new water heater was installed within 3 hours of when I first called. Mario went over the steps that were done to ensure that I had a good new water heater and we even noticed that we were getting warm water already. I would highly recommend Munoz Services with Mario as their excellent representative who provides great quality, good value, prompt, responsive, efficient, friendly and on time service. I am a very happy and definitely a returning customer.

I texted Ruben about our sprinkler valve box being flooded with water and draining down our entry way. He was kind, informative, and very helpful. He sent his guys out to fix it the very next morning. We are so grateful! Anyone else that I talked to couldn't come for an estimate until the end of the month and it was such a relief to be able to get the situation fixed. Ruben's guys replaced all three of the sprinkler valves after pressure testing them. They also raised them so they would be more durable and efficient. They worked so hard and got the job done in under three hours. We are so relieved and grateful to have this problem fixed well and so efficiently (and on a Sunday!). Also, their prices were incredible and the guys made sure everything was cleaned up better than when they arrived!! We are very happy customers! Thank you so much Ruben and team you really outdid yourselves!

Rubén is truly a rare gem in the construction world. Not only does he offer fair and transparent pricing, but he also keeps you in the loop every step of the way which, in my experience, is very rare. After dealing with companies that overcharge, ghost you during the process, and deliver subpar results, working with Rubén was a breath of fresh air. He genuinely cares about his clients and consistently goes above and beyond. The team he works with is just as professional and committed, working efficiently to deliver on time and within budget. Rubén transformed our sad-looking front yard into the best-looking house on the block! That upgrade was huge for us since we're planning to rent the house for my parents' retirement, and I'm confident we'll now get top market rent. I won't trust anyone else with my projects moving forward. Rubén is the real deal.

Ruben and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommended. Not only are his loyal workers punctual, they provide quality and fast work. I dealt with two previous half-ass contractors, I got rid of them and hired Vallejo. Reuben and his crew did such great work, I hired them to build a deck in my backyard. This company exemplifies what a business should be. The owner, Ruben is very honest and trustworthy. I had him install sprinklers, replace the old sod and install concrete curb on my backyard. They are truly one of the best in the Inland Empire, the way Ruben treat his customers shows how he is devoted to his business and to his people. I really appreciated the no pressure quotes and how his crew showed their expertise with their work. From start to finish Ruben made good with the work he promised. A man who can be expected to keep or follow through with his promises or intentions that is Ruben and his business will prosper in the years to come.

I would not recommend this company at all. I have been in contact with Ruben for over a month and he has cancelled on me three times and only because I would message him the day before to confirm appointments even though confirmation should come from the business. They try and make out like they are a professionally ran company but that is not the case. Ruben was very prompt to respond and answer all questions in the beginning but then fell of the face of the earth. We have several jobs we are doing to the outside of our home which are being pushed back due to this companies continued cancellations.

On July 1st, we woke up early in the morning to the sound of rushing water due to a compromised section of the pipe fed by the water main. Munoz Services was the 2nd plumber I called early that morning. They were at our place within a half hour to diagnose and provided an estimate in less than an hour later. They were back in about an hour and after four hours, including jack hammering, digging and fixing, problem solved and a holiday weekend saved! I highly recommend Munoz Services as they know their stuff and will get the job done in demand!

I have been using Reuben for my irrigation for the last 8 years. He is a great guy! He always replies rapidly, usually the same day or the next he comes and fixes any issues I have. I called this place and the guy answered right away I explained issue he said to send him the address and what I needed done. I did just that I send him all my info on the phone number that I called him earlier that day he never got back to me. I send him another message saying that I fixed the issue myself than a minute later I got one text from a different number saying I never sent him the address. Smh yes I did but I wasn't going to argue with him I left it at that.
