Gianni spent a very long day installing a full home RO Filtration System. He recommended the best system to purchase, and added copper instead of the plastic parts they sent. He was communicative, kind and very skillful. He explained many times how to change all of the different filters and the Infra Red Bulbs that would need changing each year. I highly recommend this Plumbing Co and Gianni in particular for all your needs. He also installed an Instant Hot Machine Under the Sink and checked pre-purchase if it was a good brand. He removed the old under sink filtration and all material boxes without any extra charge. Next he is going to copper wire a connection to our refrigerator so we have cold water and ice. Extremely Amazing Plumber and person, and it's one of the most challenging occupations so you are so fortunate if you have him work with your projects. He's incredible. Thanks Gianni!

Chris and Joe were awesome helping our family with a shower that was backing up. Calm, courteous and thorough, they inspired confidence and successfully got our shower working again. Chris is super knowledgeable and Joe will be an all star learning from him. After resolving the issue, they cleaned up the area such that it looked much better than what they walked into. I would not hesitate to call on them again for any issue we may have going forward - they are a great representation of Mr. Rooter!

Scottie was amazing!!! He was able to identify what needed to be fixed within minutes and got the job done with speed and precision. So thankful for his quick response time and eagerness to help. He is very personable and professional. I am always so impressed with how well prepared everyone at Mr. Rooter is with everything needed on their trucks. Showing up prepared for any situation is always the best way to operate.

Chris was on time, Professional, informative , exceedingly knowledgeable, and friendly ! I was stressed and his confidence really helped me Feel so much better. I did a bone head thing and accidentally while cleaning a very dirty messy diaper reflexively flushed it down the toilet m. He He solved the mystery of where the heck the diaper landed after that expensive flush. Unlike most Professionals he didn’t charge me for the assessment. Furthermore, he had parts to fix the broken floater. And, he cleaned up after himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor too I Help and he said that will cost double then and I was not to touch his equipment. I obeyed. Please thank him for me and Cat he was super excellent. If you ever need a great plumber, be sure to ask for Chris from Mr. Rooter! PS As I walked him partway out the door, we both love basketball and he helped me with my free throw form. He has an incredible background in basketball :-) so I got a free lesson. See dirty diaper he located in motor!!!!

Scottie!! Thank you so much for restoring our water situation. We have an older house with older plumbing and mature trees whose root systems are naturally growing into the pipes. Scottie expertly diagnosed the problem and diligently worked it to a repair. All on a holiday Sunday! Super happy to run our water without risk of flooding, and so grateful for the help. 😊
