Aric Schroeder and Lucas efficiently - and quickly - disconnected the gas cable to our 35-year-old GE stove today, Aric quickly identified how to do this work - something that was completely missed by installers who were delivering our new stove. Aric and Lucas were a great team, but I want to especially thank Aric for this and other service repairs he has done for us. He’s smart, does a great job explaining what is the problem and how it can be fixed. We appreciate the quality of his work, and always feel like we’re dealing with someone who is honest and trustworthy. Lastly - but perhaps most importantly - Aric and Lucas are just nice people. Do you ever have one of those experiences with a Company that blows you away. I had a kitchen drain back up and I filled out a couple of service requests with some well know companies. I won't mention names but after tonight it's "Bye Bob". Anyway. Mr. Rooter called me right back and said same day between 4pm-7PM. Shaquille showed up at 5 and went right to work. Every company needs someone like Shaquille. Smart, courteous, explained everything he was doing. He was careful about not making a mess and really cleaned up after himself. I wish every service call from any company had a Shaquille. When he left both my wife and I were smiling. She had her kitchen back and I witnessed a 5 star service call.
