“During the 5-minute service call, the plumber, David, initially reported that the bath tub drain caused the water leak, then quickly changed it to an issue with the shower system when I stated it only leaks during showers. He did not bring any equipment to detect the water leak and promised to email the quote, but never followed up or emailed the quote. Bad experience.”
