“Had to redo all the work they did after paying around $3,000 dollars. We had a bursted pipe. The connectors they did were cheap and weak. A year later, I had to fix all the connectors. The professional plumbers who came in after to give quotes were way more knowledgable. “Do you think it should cost $975.00 - a $100.00 coupon total cost of $875.00 just to replace a main line valve, which only took 1& 1/2 hours to install? They say PROUDLY one flat rate on their website. However they won't tell you what it is on the phone. The plumbers were excellent but the PRICE GAUGING WAS RIDICULOUS.
