“Mr. Rooter was able to have a technician, Flannery, at our house in about 18 hours with no upcharge for 'urgency.' Flannery was absolutely professional and good natured, he inspected our plumbing, found an outside access, quickly cleared the blockage and verified we were draining to the sewer.”
