We just did a new build and needed some help. Finley was awesome, educational and helped us understand what should and really should not go down a garbage disposal. I hope we do not need help again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll call and request Finely. Thanks for helping!

Prompt, polite and professional. Was expecting to have to replace my garbage disposal and was given an “guesstimate range “ over the phone. Plumber called before he arrived and went over what he expected. He called me back and said it was repairable at about a third of the price. This my rental and my tenant were happy with the response and his work. He could have replaced the unit and would never have known it was repairable. Good people and businesses in the world.

We had an urgent water issue and, after calling several companies, this was the only one willing to come out the same day. Finley arrived quickly, was professional and calm, and handled the repair efficiently. He even showed me how to shut the water off at the street, which I really appreciated. He clearly explained the issue before and after doing the work - and even cleaned up the area with a shop vac before leaving. In a stressful situation, they showed up when it mattered. I'm very grateful and would absolutely recommend this company.

During latest winter storm, I called about possible frozen pipes at our rental property. Parker, technician, gave us great information over the phone. He continued to communicate by text and calls with both me and tenant, despite being tied up with other jobs that day. Luckily, we didn’t need their services. But, if we do, we will definitely call on Mr. Rooter. Hard to find this level of customer service these days.

Emergency service with main line clogged. Zack was there promptly. Found him very professional. Resolved the clog and explained thoroughly what was occuring. So we are equipped with important information on where the clog occurred, how it may return and what we should do to resolve permanently. Feel like Zack represented the company quite well.
