James did a great job rodding our sewer line. He was very neat and clean and even liked our dog!

My sewer line was collapsed and needed to be replaced ASAP. I reached out to both Roto Rooter and Mr. Rooter for help. Roto Rooter suggested drilling through my concrete driveway to reach the sewer line and would require me to find a concrete guy to fix afterwards. James at Mr. Rooter was comfortable with an alternative solution which was to dig in from the side and tunnel inward. Both prices were similar so I went with Mr. Rooter to avoid the headache of fixing my driveway. James got all the permits pulled immediately and the team was able to start digging the next day. This project was big enough that I must have met at least a dozen of their employees in the process. Now that it's done, I can't imagine going through this with a different team. This project took all week and at the end of every day they hooked the sewer line up and cleaned up. During the day I would check in to see how it was going and what unexpected issues they were having. They were very upfront and would inform me without any sugar coating anything what the problems were, and I watched as they collectively brainstormed how to fix those problems. I also saw the guys taking tons of pictures and collaborating with offsite individuals on these problems so they could come up with the best solution. The teamwork and collaboration from this team is second to none. I will actually go so far as to say that every single one of them should be very proud of the culture they've built. This was very labor-intensive work and not one person complained or was short with another person. I also saw individuals leading teams rather than just giving orders. My biggest shout out is going to James. He gave me comfort at the end of every day and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and a very genuine guy. I would say he went above and beyond in terms of service and delivery. I also want to give a shout out to Matt since he was heavily involved with installing the PVC pipe and cleanout. There was also Nick, Ryan, Abraham, Christian and Kevin that were all excellent. The owner, Vinay, actually came out to help with excavating and problem solve as well. Sorry if I missed anyone from the onsite crew. One final shout out to Kerri and Maria in the office. Kerri was the first person I spoke to when I learned about this at 8PM on a Friday night. She sent James my way Saturday morning. Way to go guys!

The Rotor Rooter repair man, Kaden, was professional and knowledgeable with regard to knowing what to do. He cleared the line and cleaned up the mess. He was pleasant to work with and explained what he was doing and why.
