I scheduled Mother Modern Plumbing to service and inspect my tankless water heater. My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window. On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive. Marcus was the technician who came out and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He serviced the unit, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. Great communication, great service, and a very professional team overall. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be calling Mother Modern Plumbing first for any plumbing needs in the future.

Mother Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. Mario was our Technician and he was exceptional. From beginning to end the customer service, thorough explanations, politeness, knowledge and upfront pricing made the whole ordeal of replacing our pipes pleasant , easy and worry free. This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

At first, they were very considerate to my problems. Matt was very personable and made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. But then the sales guy comes. And give me 3 quotes. One $5,800 to replace the pipe with trenching. Two $5000 for trenchless replacement. Three for just repairing the pipe. After looking at it myself, it was just two loose fittings. Watch yourself with this company.

They quoted $200 after just running a little water. I said I couldn't pay it and they tried to find out how much I would pay. I expect to be quoted the lowest they will take, not the most they nk they can get from me. Would they quote more if I had a better house? Would they quote less for other reasons?

I am in awe of just how wonderful mother modern plumbing company was. From the first person to the last person you guys are professional, efficient, honest, and speedy. Not only things that make a great business, but their team also has integrity and heart. Dustin, Steven, Jerry, and connor plus the excavating team went above and beyond the scope of their required jobs. They were there to fix a leak under our foundation that had been quoted a ridiculous number by another company so we went with Mother after they came out to do a second opinion with no fee. They also helped me install a showerhead and filter that has been sitting in my home for over a year. Then after all the work was done at the end of the night Connor saw myself and my 78 year old grandmother struggling to move some furniture offered to assist us. The kicker was during a follow up call to see how the job went and I mentioned in passing that my daughter's bday was that day. THEY SENT HER A GIFT FOR HER BDAY. No one does that! Mother modern does tho! I have already recommended mother modern plumbing to 3 people one of which just had a leak happen a few days ago

Mother Modern Plumbing is A+! I live in the Southern part of Fort Worth and just sold my home. My gas system failed its pressure test. So in come the experts to solve the problem and provide diagnostics and repair. Mother Modern Plumbing was very responsive, quick to arrive, thorough, professional and friendly. I really like their approach to sending you the information about the plumber who will be working on your system ahead of time. Their photo and bio are attached to their correspondence. Very nice touch. I was alerted through email as well as text. And they even have an alert to let you know when your plumber is on their way with the ability to track their real-time drive to your address. My Plumber, Grant B. exceeded expectations with his knowledge, professional demeanor and overall friendly personality. I always knew what was happening to my system and why. I was never kept in the dark and he gave me updates throughout. This is the best experience I’ve had with a business of this sort and I would most definitely use them in the future if needed and will be recommending them to people I know. Great work Grant!

I had a kitchen sink backup that I partially resolved by using a hand auger to break up the clog. But after spending a day trying to clear it, I knew I needed professional help. After contacting several plumbers, Mother Modern Plumbing stood out for their attentiveness, honest commentary and straight up, fair pricing. I ended up booking the $299 drain clean special which came with a warranty and I'm so glad I did. I booked and received a confirmation call and email. The day of the service, I received a text with bio of the plumber that would be servicing my home. Adan Diaz showed up and he was fantastic! He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only did he solve the problem but he gave pointers on what to look for and other homeowner misses that can ultimately end up causing thousands if dollars if not addressed. He didn't try to upsell or force. He came, did his job and educated. If I need a plumber in the future. I'll fit sure call Mother!

****Update***** The owner of the company called me a few minutes ago to have a conversation about my request and offered a free estimate for the work I'm requesting, and he provided his cell number if I should have any other concerns. I can't speak towards their level/quality of service, I called asking for a quote for a natural gas line installation and while I've received two free quotes from other companies, Mothers said it would be a $39 charge to send someone out to inspect the needs of the service and provide a quote. I canceled the request because there are too many companies that will offer a free estimate, I couldn't justify paying for one. I have never been asked to pay a trip charge to get an estimate for anything I've ever looked into doing by any company before, I was quite surprised when he said there would be one.

So glad I went with Mother Modern Plumbing! Rachel and Gabby in the office were super quick to respond and kept me updated. I also loved that they send a picture and bio of the tech before they arrive—it made me feel way more comfortable knowing who was coming to the door. Michael B. and Adam D. were awesome, friendly, and professional. Michael checked in on us during the fix, and Adam did most of the heavy lifting. We had a sewer ejector pump that needed to be replaced. Adam gave stellar service, staying late the first day and showing up early the next. He really knew his stuff and encouraged me to ask questions. I’m 100% confident they’ll stand behind their warranty. Highly recommend these guys!

Highly recommend. I had my tankless Hot water go out or so I thought. I had 3 plumbers come out. 2 were clueless then I called Mother as someone I know recommended Dustin's company. Tyler came fast was super professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He was confident and straightforward. Most companies would try to find things wrong to charge you but it ended up being a simple reset and her was honest. I'll use them going forward because of this as recommend them to others because now there's trust. Thank you so much for to everyone in the office to that was so nice and helpful.

I've been using plumbers for decades for both commercial and residential projects and have to say these folks are the best I've ever worked with. Their technician was prompt, had all the necessary equipment and knowledge to clear the sewer line problem we had. And, he did it in less that an hour. Plus he didn't try to sell unneeded services or pad the bill. I couldn't be happier and have already recommended Mother to another friend. This firm is going on my permanent contact list for service providers!! Thank you Mother and your tech Stephen for a great job!!

This company did a great job. After some initial miscommunication, one of the owners reached out to me personally. I had extensive broken pipes and they finished the job in good time, and cleaned up the area nicely, even installing new clean outs, which was an extra nice service at no charge. I would highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They strive to make sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied. Definitely a customer oriented company providing excellent workmanship.

Response to my request was almost immediate. Was able to get a same day appointment! The technician called me in the 40 minute show up time and was able to talk me thru the simple troubleshooting in 5 minutes! I s appreciate that this company was honest enough to talk me thru on the phone atno charge when they could have charged me the $89 service call to push a button! Everyone was also so pleasant on the phone. If I do have a real issue I'd call them in a heartbeat!

Great service, salesperson and tech were both friendly and highly communicative. Very willing to explain how things work and what risks or benefits are associated with different options. Good value, just over $3k for two toilet repairs, adding a high loop to our dishwasher, adding a backflow tank to our water heater, replacing a hose bib in the yard including some brickwork, and adding a whole home shutoff in the front of the house where the water main enters it.
