“At first, they were very considerate to my problems. Matt was very personable and made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. But then the sales guy comes. And give me 3 quotes. One $5,800 to replace the pipe with trenching. Two $5000 for trenchless replacement. Three for just repairing the pipe. After looking at it myself, it was just two loose fittings. Watch yourself with this company.”

I expect to be quoted the lowest they will take, not the most they nk they can get from me. Would they quote more if I had a better house? Would they quote less for other reasons?”
