Carlos was incredibly professional, kind, and upfront and honest. He completed the work on the same day and showed me his work, explaining what had been done and what would be done next. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench and will definitely be using them again, requesting Carlos’s services once more. Thanks!

I’m not sure if this company just replaces equipment? We called because our pilot light wouldn’t stay on in our water heater. The gentlemen who came out didn’t even touch our water heater…he said “it needs to be replaced.” My husband told him that he had looked up that it could be the thermocouple and he said well “if I touch it, it will cost you $190.” Well, it was the thermocouple which is $10! So just a word of caution if you think something is broken and can be easily fixed call a handyman not this place.

Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review. I had Pando do the plumbing work for my bathroom remodel. Just as the first time, they were prompt, friendly, and performed quality work. However, the price for their work this time was excessive. In fairness to them, they did give me an estimate, which I accepted, but the way they explained what they would be doing made it seem like a lot of work (I even asked to confirm they could finish it in the two days I had scheduled for it). In reality it only took the two of them 5 hours to complete the job with a labor cost of more than $2,000. That is $200+/hr per plumber, which seems way too much. After the work was done, I called the office to let them know that I thought it was excessive for the actual work done, but I paid the invoice because I had approved the estimate. I have not heard back from them. While I like their people and their work, they won't be the plumbers for my next bathroom remodel or for my other plumbing needs.

I'm rating the customer service only. My landlord decided to go with someone else, but if it had been up to me, I would have chose Pando. Pando was the first place I called when I saw that our water heater was leaking. Chris answered and she immediately called one of her technicians to help walk me through how to turn off our water line. They didn't have any available appointments since it was the weekend, but she fit our appointment in on Monday morning. The technician (Jeff) who came out to do an inspection was kind & very helpful and let my sister, who was visiting, know what needed to be done. (I was at work). Pando offer a flat rate if I understood correctly. $2900 was our estimate and Chris helped obtain the breakdown from our technician. Which included: -- 40 gallon Bradford White ultra low nox water heater --earthquake straps --an expansion tank --a new ball valve shut off --New water supply lines --A gas shutoff. There is a gas shutoff right now, but it shuts off gas to the whole house. This will shut off the gas to the water heater only --A drip leg --New gas supply lines After the installation everything would be up to code and it's a six year parts and labor warranty. Thank you Chris and the Pando team. You were an absolute pleasure to work with at a very stressful time. You are appreciated!

My parents were visiting out of town when they were notified that their home had a leak in the basement. Earlier this year they had to deal with a entirely flooded basement and months of renovation and organization to resolve the issue. So understandably, the notification of a leak sent them into panic mode. Calling around to find someone to fix the problem the week of a holiday was a disaster. The earliest they could get someone to visit their home was a week later. They finally got ahold of someone at Pando. The lady they spoke with was extremely understanding and told them she would find someone to come out and fix the problem THAT DAY. A few phone calls later, they found that not only was the issue fixed, but we owed them less because the part they used was cheaper than what they originally thought. (Talk about honesty!) Once all was said and done, they even called to follow up to make sure everything was up to par. We can't explain how extremely grateful we are that they were so easy to work with and how quickly the got the job done. From the first phone call to the issue being fixed was just over an hour. Efficient, honest and quick. Couldn't ask for a better Plumber to work with. 5 stars and referrals to anyone and everyone we know!

I have Airbnb renters in our house when I got notice that our water wasn't getting very hot. This was on a Saturday. I called around and found that people wanted to charge a hefty service fee just to come out to look at it especially coming out on the weekend. I finally tried Jeff at Pando Plumbing and he came that very next morning Sunday at no charge to assess the issue. Pilot light was out but looked like the pilot Assembly would need to be replaced. However he also found there were some things that weren't up to code with the plumbing of the water heater - one of the two was old and probably need to be replaced soon. Jeff worked with us and said that we could try to wait until the end of the month when the people left to see if we wanted to either replace or repair the water heater... he didn't push us into replacing the whole system which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately the pilot light went out a few days later and we decided to go ahead and replace it. Jeff and Austin were great to work with. Their quote was very fair and they got it done quickly. Jeff and Austin were honest, on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I called Pando plumbing based off these reviews online. Both techs showed up on time and explained everything to me in great detail. They fixed my leaking pipe quick and the work looked to be quality work. They also showed me where the previous plumber and hardware had failed and why it did. After the pipe was fixed, they walked around to open up the faucets to get the air out of the lines and noticed some dirty hard water coming out of my kitchen faucet. They took it apart and cleaned it (which they didn't need to do) and when they put it back together it wouldn't stop leaking. They tried replacing the gaskets and it still leaked. They told me they touched it, they'll fix it, so at 6:00pm they went to the store and bought me a new faucet and installed it. I always read reviews, however rarely write them myself but I felt I would be doing this company and injustice if I didn't tell you what great guys these two were, and what exceptional customer service I was given. Pano will be my go to plumbing company going forward. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PANO!! Anyone looking to get multiple bids on a plumbing project give this company a shot, you won't be sorry.

I reached out to Kris there at Pando last week to have her send a plumber to the house to address two troublesome single-handle shower valves. Kris (dispatcher/scheduler) was a pleasure to work with and Taylor and Lee showed up on time yesterday to look at what we had. Note: I did inform Kris that the one upstairs shower I took care of myself last week (a simple Moen cartridge replacement...) but the downstairs still needed some diagnosis as it was reported that the temperature was hard to adjust, was low flow, and the hot and cold were somehow reversed (?) A quick diagnosis indicated that the mixer cap and the Kohler pressure balancing unit (PBU) both likely needed replacing and that was going to cost me $465. Thankfully, Pando Plumbing provides free estimates and that is what I got from them today...a free estimate. C'est la vie. So, I think I'll be doing that parts repair myself as well. Regardless, great customer service from Kris, Taylor, and Lee. Thanks!

I have been having issues with a main drain. The drain is under concrete in the basement and I noticed the concrete on the other side of the wall where my furnace and such is would look wet and the carpet on the other side of that room would have this mysterious stain reappear. I called Pando Plumbing and he told me that as much as he hated to turn work away that there was another company (Electric Rotor) that has better tools and could help me for cheaper and wouldn't have to chip up my concrete. HOW'S THAT FOR HONESTY??? Other companies estimated a couple of thousands of dollars (and chip up my concrete floor) while this one was a couple of hundred. With that kind of honesty I will look no further than Pando Plumbing when I'm ready to remodel my kitchen and any other plumbing needs. I will update this review after my kitchen is done.

I'll start with the positive first. They were responsive, came within 24 hours and did good work. However they get 2 stars for trying to rip me off by charging $950 for 2 hours of labor to install a 30" vanity in a powder bath. They wouldn't give me the price when I called since the plumber had to see it first in person. No custom built-in, no problems, didn't have to leave and come back. I had everything except the p-trap and tubing with is $30 at most per Home Depot's website. What's worse is the plumber (who is the owner) refused to break down the cost at first, lied saying he was there for 3 hours and not 2 (I have a time stamp on my ring doorbell app). Only after I continued to question did he drop the price. Won't be calling these guys again and I'd recommend getting a few quotes if it's not urgent.

Jeff and company were very professional. I needed help with my dishwasher leaking and clogged garbage disposal. And they knew right away what the cause was after inspecting. And, they resolved the problem right away with a couple of fixes. I am very happy with the help and service and more than happy to get the invoice. But, they don't want me to pay for anything and just said "Don't worry about it. Welcome to the neighborhood". That is beyond super nice. I also liked how good they are at explaining the issue and genuinely took the time. They also gave me consulting and estimate for my old water heater replacement. I trust their advise and will definitely get my water heater from Pando Plumbing.

We had our water heater go out the day after Thanksgiving in the evening. We had two water heaters all together but the other one also needed to be replaced. Pando was able to come out that evening for an estimate and would have done the replacement the next day had the water heaters we wanted been available. We decided to wait until Monday for the water heaters we wanted and they had no issue scheduling us. They were on time and efficient. We now have two brand new beautiful water heaters that supply hot water so much faster than our old ones. Great company and they were very reasonably priced especially considering it was a holiday weekend and after hours for the call.

Absolutely phenomenal! I thought I had a burst pipe in my rental property after hours. I was able to get ahold of Chris who was very knowledgeable and she helped me understand what the process would be to get everything fixed (even helping me understand the implications and process for fixing water damage, which they don't do, but they can help refer). When the guys came out, it turned out it was just a toilet supply line that burst, so it was a super easy fix and there was no water damage. The guys were very professional and fast! Their prices were very competitive and I really can't believe I got such great service for such a low price. 10/10!! They're incredible!
