Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer & Drain

We Love Monkey Wrench Jerry and Tony came and replaced the main drain in our house and they did awesome work. I would post a photo but am technically challenged lol but it looks great. Have used them in the past and will continue in the future best prices and very honest just what you want for repair/ home improvements. Thanks Monkey Wrench

Carlos was great! I have an old home (built in 1908) & he added a shut off valve for my gas range at a very reasonable price. He also caught that I had a loose vent on my water heater & he fixed it free-of-charge. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench & I plan on using them on all future plumbing projects! :)

They came out to repair the sewer line for my neighbor to discover it’s a joint line and connects to mine. They came over and asked if they could cut out a section of my driveway to access the line I said that was fine then the plumber assured me they would fix the spot they cut out and it would look fantastic better then before. We exchanged contact info and he would let me know when they would be out to do it. They came out fixed it and then left it for a little to make sure they addressed the matter. Week later they came out and finally fixed the driveway. Or so I thought a week passed and it started to rain after two hours I go out to find that the slab they laid was now sinking 2 inches and had a massive hole under it making it useless. It appears they just put dirt back in the hole but didn’t pack it so when it got wet it washed out and sunk down. That section of the drive way is useless and it is where I usually park. I text the plumber that set it up all with pictures of what it looked like and he told me he would send his guys out asap to address the matter I let a week pass and texted him checking to see when they picked a date. I was ignored it’s now been another week with no response. I’m writing this review to warn others of what kinda of work they do and promises they will make to you and not uphold.

Monkey Wrench is my go to for plumbing problems. Wes Stringfield runs a tight ship and they're very reliable. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. If they have a problem like bad weather and need to change appointment dates or times, Wes anticipates it and gives you plenty of advance notice so you're not inconvenienced and you can plan around the change. Carlos Luna was my tech on this visit to fix a recirculating pump problem, a leaky tub drain pipe, descaling a tankless water heater, and installing a new bathroom faucet. He did awesome work and even simplified some convoluted piping from the tankless water heater to the recirculating pump for me! He's welcome back anytime. Great guy! Pricing was competitive and I have not one complaint. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench for your plumbing problems.

Jerry was great to work with. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. He added a pressure regulator and switched out a shower cartridge. The following week Jerry returned to repair an unexpected leak under the kitchen sink and reconfigured the awkward plumbing that had been done before I bought the house. Of the 3 plumbing companies I contacted, Monkey Wrench was the only one whose plumbers put on shoe covers before entering my house. They were very respectful.

I used Monkey Wrench to come look at a couple toilets in my home that were making a gurgling sound. Turns out it was the sewer line. They got me on the schedule that week and fixed the issues we were having. They were fast, friendly and the price was great. I recommend them any chance I get and will definitely be using them in the future.

Carlos and Christian got my bathroom fixed quickly and with great communication and attention to detail. This is my second time going with Monkey wrench and I can’t say enough how amazing they are!! From scheduling with Marcie all the way to the work, they are awesome. And fairly priced as well!

Found our basement with water in it. The sewer had backed up. Had contacted several plumbers and had an appointment for the following day. Monkey Wrench was able to come same day and resolve the problem. We also discussed the eventual replacement of our sewer line. Overall a good experience.

Very Impressed! Chris and Wes were AMAZING! From scheduling the appointment to the clean up. Communicated what needed to be done when they assessed the problem. They were in and out in a timely manner. I will absolutely be using Monkey Wrench again for any plumbing needs!

Carlos Luna came and did the work. He was super friendly and professional. Work seems to be done well and he walked me through all the steps he did so I can be sure nothing was skipped and corners weren't cut. Even cleaned up after himself.

Carlos and Chris were just absolutely incredible! Fast response, efficient repairs, and got it done rrrreeeaaallll quick. Can't thank them enough, now my fat ass can finally get a shower instead of sitting for a bath. Thank you guys so much!

Carlos is awesome! He was polite, professional and friendly. He cleaned up the little mess he made (no questions asked) and did a good job fixing the issues we were having. Definitely coming back if we have issues in the future!

Wes has saved me! He squeezed me in for a same day clean out and didn’t charge me as he’s doing a bigger repair for me next week that will be a long term fix for this issue. He’s clean, tidy, friendly, and efficient.
