Totally impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work. I called on a Saturday evening because our pipes under our kitchen sink were leaking and busted. Matt and Seamus were there within a couple of hours (again, on a Saturday evening!!) and fixed everything up. They probably could have told me that I need to wait until Monday because it was already late on a Saturday and it wasn’t really an emergency anymore after a couple of adjustments, but they didn’t — they said since they’re already there they can repair it the right way so we wouldn’t have problems in the future. They were very kind, worked quickly, and weren’t very respectful with quotes and pricing (didn’t push).

The service was excellent! The clean up was great.The plumber was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Sorry I forgot his name. Great job!!

Our Tech Avery went above and beyond. He was thorough and meticulous in all his work. I appreciate how he explained everything he was doing and why so I was able to understand. We had our washing machine valves and box replaced, toilet valve replaced and worked on our master shower so we could get hot water. Really appreciate the time Avery took to make sure everything was done well.

All companies know what there basic prices are and are subject to change according to the circumstances which is understandable. But some choose not to. I own my own business, and honesty and being upfront goes a long way. This company will tell you one thing over the phone and the tech will tell you over double the amount they tell you over the phone..WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ANYTHING FIRST. I showed him to the door. Then this company texts you to ask questions and you respond, thinking you're telling someone how you feel about your experience just to find out that your talking to ai . molberg plumbing is disappointing all the way around. Apparently they don't take customer service serious....

Thanks again for being rude my husband fixed the issue for $ 32.00 a lot better than giving you $100 an hour and being told it would be a week before you could come out.

There is no better plumbing service in the state of Texas. I will stand on that all day everyday. This plumbing service is by far the most efficient and effective plumbing service I've ever used in my life. I have had multiple plumbing problems in my new house since I moved in about 2 years ago and molberg plumbing has been there every single step of the way they were the only company of four companies to be able to actually identify the problem and not quote me tens of thousands of dollars to fix the problem. Their team is educated and understand that people aren't made of money and they offer multiple steps or solutions. They offer from the most affordable solution to the most expensive solution. And everything in between. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and tell me that they could patch it and it would hold for a while if I needed more time to save up some more money or I could go with the full repiping of my home. They offered me a price that was $8,500 less than the nearest competitor because they understood my financial situation after just getting out of the army was not great. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anybody who needs any type of plumbing repairs. Their staff is super friendly and understanding and their work crews are friendly and highly capable of getting any job you have done. God bless these people and their kind hearts and capable crews. Matt was the service technician that was on my latest job and he really felt my pain of of spending close to $10,000 so far on plumbing problems and offered me the most affordable permanent fix that he could. If you're looking for any kind of plumbing repairs search no further call these people and let them handle it. From the day that I had my latest problem to the day that it was fixed. It was a total of 4 days. And it was an entire re-pipe of my pure and beam home. The dig crew came out one day and then the very next day they were repiping. They finished in about 6 hours. Which is extremely impressive and I'm eternally grateful for their pricing and care of my situation.

I have a 35 year-old house and had a severe leak from my shower head. Molberg sent Rogelio out, arriving at his appointed time. He gave an estimate for two possibilities. One if only the cylinder needed replacing and a higher one if it was the valve. It was the cylinder as he figured, but a tough job due to the age and my well water had really calcified every piece so that they were really hard to pry off. It was like wrestling an alligator but he just kept working with it until he got it! Rogelio was determined, knowledgeable and courteous, so I am quite pleased with the experience. No more leak! One of the best parts is that even though it took extra time and effort he stood by his original estimate. As you read the reviews here you should take note of the year given. The old ones 3 years ago they were having issues with the techs but now (2025) they are all straightened out and super highly rated. I can and do recommend Molberg Plumbing.

If you're looking for plumbing repairs, look no further. This place is by far the best plumbing service in the entire state of Texas. Probably the country. I cannot State enough how incredibly nice and professional their staff and crews are. Their team helped someone close to me and they were in a very bad spot. They were quick and efficient in their work and gave a price that beat all of the other competitors. Buy thousands of dollars. I believe this company deserves as many reviews in the positive as they can get so I'm writing this review to let anybody know reading that this company is a five-star company through and through and their team with Matt on it is one of the best in the state. I left an appointment with this company to come and fix my water leaking outside my house. They were supposed to come last Friday but they did not come because of snowing. I called them again and we left an appointment today , Friday, February 11, 2022 between (9 AM and 12 PM). I waited for them and they did not come . I called them , and they said they will come but they did not come .I had to take a day off and they made me stay home the whole day pretending to come and fix my leaking but they did not come. I did not know anything about this company but another company I do irrigation work with them recommended me to this company. This is the experience I had with this company. If you want to experience the horrible experience I had with them , go and leave an appointment with them. Be sure they will not come.

This was our fourth plumber to come out…every company quoted 18k-30k to fully repipe under our home. They couldn’t locate our clean out pipe either. Robert came out and found it in 5 mins! He found out the issue was actually in our backyard and just some patches needed under our house. Robert, Matthew and Samuel are absolutely amazing!! Robert vouched for us and found the issue and all of them fixed the issue!!! We went 2 months without plumbing and they fixed the problem in no time at all. They are truly a blessing and their honesty is truly a Godsend. They worked with us and explained everything. They were professional, knowledgeable and the communication was appreciated. We even won a free turkey and ham today from the draw for thanksgiving! Such a blessing from God! They are saints and my family is so grateful!

I called Molberg Plumbing to replace an ancient water hookup for my refrigerator. Matthew was the lead plumber, and he's extremely personable and professional. I showed him my poorly done water arrangement for my tankless water heater, and the issues I was having. He had great suggestions so I included fixing that as well. Matthew treated the job like it was his own home, and I'm very pleased. It's unfortunate that days later the water heater gave up its ghost (not Matthew's fault), but when I contacted Molberg Plumbing about it, they instantly wanted to know what they could do to help, recommended water heater brands, and offered to contact Matthew, in the field, to call and consult with me. It's hard, really hard, to find a plumbing company to trust. I trust Molberg Plumbing and so should you.

Will @ Belue plumbing was efficient, professional yet personable, and clearly explained the problem, the cause and the solutions. Prior to calling Belue two other local companies were called and either made the underlying issue worse or didn't want to do a deep dive in locating the problem. I had a running leak in my tub faucet. I was told by the other guys tile would have to be removed, and walls knocked out to get to the problem. Will came in, quickly identified the problem, performed the fix, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He also recommended a long term fix and offered an approximate price quote. My running leak is fixed! I will undeniably use Belue plumbing again as they embody the entrepreneurial sprit of small business ownership. Semone

Bruce came out to evaluate an odor in one bathroom. He determined the toilet needed to be reset. We also had to get some subflooring and tile repair done first. He and Alex came back and reset the toilet properly. Working perfectly now. When he came out the first time I inquired about a hot water heater flushing. It had never been done in 16 years and was past it's useful life. Bruce and Alex removed the old water heater and placed another one. In the process they corrected several things on the original that were not up to current code. The work was perfect, professional, and done very efficiently. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. We feel the price charged is reasonable and we highly recommend Molberg Plumbing.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I called with an emergency at around 5:00pm. My bath and shower and toilets were all backing up and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and very reassuring. Then Avery our plumbing technician arrived within about 45 mins. He was friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and explain to me what he was doing. He was very honest about the service he provided, and what he had NOT needed to do and therefore not charge for. My husband was out of town and I would not have known the difference. We were fixed by 6:00pm!! Cannot speak highly enough of Avery and the company. Thank you!!!

My management company sent them out to see what was going on with water coming up through my shower drain. I felt awful because it was a septic needing to be drained issue, and I am out in Granbury. My management company took forever to fully approve the work being done and cost approval from the start, and the technician was here for about two hours waiting for approval. He was so kind and professional throughout the process. While I can't speak to the overall quality of their work in this particular case (as nothing additional was needed), the interaction I had was such a positive experience. I really appreciate the promptness and courteous service I received during a stressful situation.
