Josh K was our tech this afternoon and he got us all set up to maintain our HVAC system for the foreseeable future! Highly recommend him and the team. The pricing initially surprised me but when he broke down the actual cost over maintenance free years it made total sense. These guys are worth every penny and their customer service is top notch!

I'm gonna be completely honest, my experience with this company hasn't been the best. As far as the company is concerned I'd maybe give 2.5 stars. Your HVAC guy named Art on the other hand, he should be the standard for your employee model. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. You guys are lucky to have him. He was very respectful and helpful toward me and the situation. Art, I wish you the best and thank you

Adrin was right on time, with smiles. Very pleasant, courteous, & respectful. Explained everything in detail. Was happy to answer any questions. We will be requesting Adrin from here on out for our regular service maintenance . Update from last review: We had some issues with our system yesterday. The part we needed was not a "normal" part that is replaced on a service maintenance. They tried hard to get the part to fix it yesterday up until 8pm. First thing this am Nick the Tech. got us up and running. Nick was as great as Adrin. If we're in need of a Tech again, we will request Nick. It's reassuring when you get the same people, that know your system. We have been with Mr. Quick for 6 yrs now and would recommend them to everyone. They all work together as a team to insure a great experience. Linda, Patrick, & Tony behind the scene are also awesome.

Adrian came out today for my heater tune up.He was very thorough in inspecting the unit also recommending things to improve my air quality. Another successful visit from Mr. Quik. I highly recommend !!
