We had a blocked drain and Mike came to the rescue. He is one of the nicest people. He helped me understand the issue, what he was doing to fix it and was so patient with me asking so many questions. Also he was so great at cleaning up all the goo from the snake thingy. Even found a cracked washer. Also he helped me save money by changing the plan we have with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Lastly he gave me some bio Ben stuff to help keep my old galvanized pipe clear. I recommend him so highly and will always request him. Thank you Mike!!

Brian was great. He explained everything and made the changes necessary to fix the drip that had been driving me crazy forever. He was very quick and I have a 2 year warranty. Very pleased either way the service I received today.

Seth is super talented and friendly. He built a dump pump cover for me and I am extremely happy with the final product. He did a great job for me!

I am hesitant to review Benjamin Franklin plumbing because I think the technician that came to our home was having a very bad day. Our clog was stubborn and took a few hours to clean out. This seemed to really frustrate our plumber to the point he needed to step out to regain his composure. We felt terrible for how much he struggled with it and became a little freaked out when he lost his temper. His explanation of the service cost was also hard to understand. He tried to explain the deal the company offered for a whole house inspection that would waive some fees for the visit if we signed up but the total cost wasn’t making sense to us. This frustrated him too. I don’t think he enjoyed having to “sell” plumbing packages as part of his job. Maybe that could be handled differently so technicians can concentrate on the job and not so much on upselling services. The technician did arrive promptly and we were glad for the quick service. He did complete the job and everything works fine now. We were happy with the cost but I really hope he can get some time off or maybe talk with someone because he was really stressed out.

had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!! I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!
