Highly recommend. We had a significant sewer line issue at our property that needed a full replacement, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were very flexible with scheduling. They did exactly what they said they would do, stood by their work, and made sure everything was completed properly. It was not an easy job as they did most of it in the cold and rain, but they completed it with the highest professionalism.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using Mister Mister Plumber & Son for years at my rental properties for jobs in Baltimore. Their knowledge, experience, and professionalism really stand out every time. They’re fairly priced, dependable, and always willing to go wherever I send them — good neighborhoods or tough ones, it doesn’t matter. They show up and get the job done right. It’s hard to find plumbers you can truly trust, but these guys have been consistent and reliable for years. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend them above everyone else. Father & son company.. Called at 1pm and talked to I assume the owner who said his son would be out..2 hours later my very-difficult-spot-for-a-pipe-to-work-in leak was all fixed by his son. Very friendly, very efficient and honestly, they should be charging more compared to other plumbers I called. They don't price gouge you just to step in your door. Will be calling them immediately next time.. And I am sure there will be more leaks in this house! Highly recommend!

**BEWARE** I was excited because these guys offered next day service and were local. Offered to run a water line through my crawlspace to my new refrigerator for $170. A bit steep? Sure, other "chain" businesses quoted me $120/hr + parts and should take 1 hour. But I like to support local business and love a flat fee. They said they'd be here between 12p and 2p, so I bit the bullet and took the day off as my new fridge was being delivered between 7a and 9a. Fridge arrives at 7a sharp. Darn, could have still made it work on time. At 11:30, the plumber calls saying he's wrapping up a job then on his way. 12p? No plumber. 2p? No plumber, no "running late" call. I call them at 2:30p and basically get, "Yeah, someone will be there." 4p? 2+ hours late, no plumber. I call them and get, "Yeah I'm running late." Really, no kidding, I burned a 1 of my 10 annual vacation days for what? 5:15p (I have now been a hostage in my house for 10+ hours on "vacation"), I get a phone call, "I'm on the way, 30 minutes." 6:15p (not 30 minutes), plumber shows up (4+ hours late) in a Lawn Care van and dude is dirty as hell. Walks straight in my front door like he lives here at starts moving stuff. HE WALKED STRAIGHT INTO MY HOUSE BEFORE I OPEN THE DOOR WALKED STRAIGHT THROUGH AND STARTED MOVING STUFF. I get it because he looked stoned as hell, but damn. He then goes out to my crawl space and says, "Ooh, how much did we say it would be? It's gonna be more. I don't like getting in crawl spaces - spiders and all, you know? I can do it for $240.00 you want me to do it?" You're a plumber who hates crawl spaces? I say, no thanks, my day has been wasted and you're not going to penalize me further by upping your price 50% because you showed nearly 5 hours late and "don't like crawlspaces." Kid tries to tell me my crawlspace is "too short." CRAWL. SPACE. Is too short. (Trust me, it's not). Dude rolls out, leaves my fridge pulled out, crawlspace open and leaves all of the things he moved to get to my crawlspace strewn across my yard and just walks out. One of my 10 annual vacation days burned for absolutely nothing. I immediately tried calling the main number on this page, if for no other reason than to verify the main "Mister Plumber" okayed the new $240 price the guy quoted me, but it seems they are screening my number now and not picking up. Use at your own risk. I am calling Len the Plumber or at least someone with a van that will say "Plumber," not "Lawncare." I'll bet they won't try to charge me 50%+ over the quote if/when they show up 4+ hours late with no phone call. The chain plumbers may be $120/hr + parts, but I bet it gets done on time and they won't need to spend 2 hours in my "short crawl space." Mister Plumber - here's tip from a guy who could, and may now, do it himself: if your guy was the least bit coherent, I would have bit the bullet and paid the $250 in cash because I would love to have some ice cubes right now. Instead, I'm going to go buy a $1, 8-pound bag of ice from McDonald's and call a chain plumber. It should last me until Monday when they get here. Yep, I'm going to pay for the next round of Len the Plumber or Michael and Sons commercials. I hope this review saves you customers a vacation day of wondering what you SHOULD be doing with your rare day off instead of waiting for a lawn care guy to roll through your front door like a boss and tell you he doesn't like doing plumbing.

Had a clog somewhere in my drain. Went through 3 different plumbers and a septic guy come out to my house. No one solved the issue and I spent close to $1,000 trying to pay someone to fix it or solve it myself. I went a week without use of my bathroom, shower, or laundry because all would cause flooding if used. I called Mr. Plumber and Son and they had a guy out to me the same day. I was nervous at first because his first step was to do exactly what the other plumber did, however, he knows his trade and had my issue fixed with ease and the best part? It was CHEAPER than the other plumbers who couldn’t fix my issue. They even have a 30 day warranty that if my issue comes back because they actually didn’t fix it, then they come back out for free to look at it again. I couldn’t be happier with my service and would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My four year old had flushed her toothbrush down the toilet about a week ago. Th toilet kept getting clogged, so I assumed that the tooth brush was still stuck. I called about five other companies, who were too busy. which is understandable considering its the day after thanksgiving. I decided to call Mister Plumber & son. I believe his name was Vince he gave me a instant estimate and told me he could have someone out there fairly quickly. Fifteen minutes later I had Sonny call me and told me he was on his way. When Sonny got here he went right to work and actually found that there were baby wipes in the toilet causing the clog. I cannot thank Sonny enough for being so professional and easy to deal with. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will use this company from now on. Thank you Vince and Sonny I will be referring you to all my friends and family!

This is wonderful company with outstanding employees.They are so kind&courteous.I was having problems with my toilet for a long period of time it just kept clogging up.After being here a few times the owner wanted to come himself to figure out what was wrong.He diagnosed the problem and gave me a auger(A snake they use to fix problems)Since it wasn’t my fault and I have slum landlords plus he knew I was recently divorced and struggling on my own.Now tell me what plumber does that!!They are so great!!Cant say enough about them!Thank You so much Mr Plumber and Son!!

These guys were amazing! Called on Tuesday and they scheduled us for Thursday morning. We couldn’t get the stopper on the tub off to be able to clear our drain. They were here maybe 15 minutes, removed the stopper and cleared our drain. It’s working perfectly again. Fantastic job!!! Highly recommend.

Mister plumber and son came out within couple hours of my call. Out of 3 other companys he price beat them by a long shot. Its a small familyowned business but hey really proved themselfs. The free esitmate was giving and the price stayed the same. I would recommend this compan to everyone.

Mister plumber did a very professional job and did it on time. My daughter just bought a house in Pasadena and need some work done. I called them and set up an appointment an drove from New York and they performed the work on time and at a great price. Thank you

They responded very quickly and provided same day service even on a holiday (memorial day). Found the issue and completed the work in a timely manner and even made sure to clean my driveway. Very nice workers and great company overall to work with.

My sump pump went out and they showed up with all of the parts to fix it without having to run ‍ and get them. Which is a big plus in my book. Very professional and nice. You may even pick up a good joke to tell at your next covid 19 party

Only place to actually answer the phone for a plumbing emergency. Arrived in 30 minutes and were able to complete the task in a timely manner and we very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Mister Plumber. We called him to repair a broken pipe on a weekend. He was very friendly on the phone, showed up on time and did a very professional and clean repair. I highly recommend him.

Truly good guys ! I first used them at my business, it was a big job, and ran late into the night but they got it finished in one day. I have since used them at my home and will continue to do so in the future.
