Phil and Will came out do a simple refrigerator water line installation for us earlier this year. They were prompt, professional, and helpful. As a new homeowner, I had a lot questions that they happily answered and the job was well done.

Had a main back up. Called for service and the tech was at my house in just over an hour. Was very cordial, professional, and competent. My clean out was very difficult to access, but the tech knew every trick in the book to get the snake inserted properly. Cleared the plug and everything is now back to normal. Very quick and painless. The company also utilizes a tablet for everything and emails you all docs at completion. Did not compare pricing. The price given was a bit high, but not excessive. And the fast response and resolution made it money well spent. I'll remember to call Miracle for my next plumbing need.

Our kitchen sinks backed up Sunday night. I did all I could that night and the next morning but had to call a plumber. Miracle arrived within 60 minutes, called when they were on there way. Chris was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions to diagnose quickly, gave great tips on how to avoid future problems, then ran a few tests and checked out our clean-outs. The clog ended up clearing while he was here because of the work I had done and he explained why. He said there's no need for us to spend money or for him to do any work today, but to call back if we have future problems. I love that type of honesty in contractors. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Chris at Miracle is an exception. I highly recommend them.

We've been using Miracle Plumbing for years, and at first everything was solid and we continued coming back to them. They are a bit pricey, but we thought we were paying for quality. However, things have changed for us in the recent years. We had a problem with a downstairs toilet where there was a slow leak and water damaged wood around the toilet. MP came and replaced the wax ring, spilling the water all over our wooden floors in the process (this wax ring has been replaced by a few other plumbers before and everything remained dry). It took me hours to clean the floor and even walls after that. They've acknowledged it and even brought over water remediation company that did some treatment (no issues here). However, the leak came back and we called MP again. At this point they recommended that we replace a pipe under the toilet. It was expensive, but we agreed. Pipe was replaced and the toilet installed again. Not much time passes and we see discoloration on the wood floor again indicating a leak. We called them and were told that we are seeing things, this is old discoloration and there is no leak. Discoloration persisted and at some point we saw actual water coming through, but made a mistake of not making a video of it. We called MP again, they came out and told us again that there is no leak and promised that a supervisor will call (still waiting). We saw water again after this (this time we made a video) and just decided to replace the toilet and called a different plumber. When the toilet was removed, we saw that the pipe that was installed by MP is uneven with the floor, one edge sticks above the floor and the other edge is below the floor (photo attached). It is obvious that when the toilet sits on an uneven pipe like this, there will be leaks no matter the wax ring, the toilet was not even stable, you could shake it because of the angle of the pipe to which it is attached. The other plumber brought a level to further demonstrate how uneven it is. Moral of the story is that not only did they make us feel like complete lunatics for "seeing" water, but in the end they did not even do a quality job for which we paid over $1,000. In the end we are out of the money we spent on this pipe replacement and now have to pay someone else do it again to fix the issue with the poor installation, and MP did not offer us to correct it or issue any form of refund (we've informed them of the issue). The above incident is the one that stands out to me, but in the last few years, we've had complaints about pretty much all of their visits (unfortunately, plumbing issues happen a lot in our old house), from leaving absolute mess to recommending costly replacements of equipment when all that was required is to flip a part that was installed incorrectly (not by them to be fair). All in all, I would not recommend MP to anyone based on our collective experiences.

Amazing service. Responsive. Explored all solutions to save us money! Judy, who is the dispatch operator, went above and beyond the call of duty to help troubleshoot and find someone to come fix our problem on a holiday weekend. Ryan, the service technician, couldn’t have been more professional. He arrived at our house within 15mins of the service call (on a holiday wknd). Upon arrival, he was determined to solve what could’ve been a major issue by investigating all potential problems. Ultimately, Ryan saved us $$$$$ by calling his boss, sending in photos in real-time, and using multiple different machines at no additional cost. You can’t go wrong with Miracle Plumbing! They do the job without breaking the bank (This is not an ad, promise)
