UPDATED: I called for help when my water heater started leaking, and the plumbing team responded super fast. Taylor and the rest of the crew arrived right away to drain the old water heater, and then came back later that same day to install a brand new one. Throughout the process, they were very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. Their service was honest and their prices were fair.
