I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. We had a sudden issue with our main drain line, and from the very first call, the experience was excellent. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and stress-free. She let me know a technician would be at our home within the hour—and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Nic arrived promptly and got right to work. After I explained what was going on, he went straight to the clean-out, punched through the clog, and had us back up and running in no time. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, what caused the issue, and what additional items we may need to address in the future. Had it not been for his expertise and transparency, we would have never known what needed attention. I’m truly grateful I called this company and especially thankful for Nic’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer every single question we had. While I hope I don’t need more plumbing repairs anytime soon, it’s a huge relief knowing I now have a company I can genuinely trust. If you’re looking for a plumber—stop searching. Call them. I had estimates for a plumbing issue,and lucky for me Millennium Plumbing was among the 3 estimates. The estimates ranged from $9000.00 to 475.00. FORTUNATELY I met Luis Dominguez of Millennium Plumbing he was very honest and personable.He checked my main sewer line with a scope and fortunately it was clear. My problem was found to be a problem with my toilet flange being obstructed,my master BR toilet also had a leak and that was fixed also. His son Luis Jr. came out 2 days after the diagnosis by his father Luis Sr. and happily my toilets have been fixed! I have found a new go to plumber. Thank you Millennium. If you want an honest plumber call Millennium!

Luis was great! He helped me unclog my shower drain in less than 10 minutes and even took the time to show me what tool to use and to get in case it happens again so I could save some money in the future. I also asked for a quote to fix my dishwasher and instead of just charging me, he gave me helpful tips on how to fix it myself and even showed me which part to inspect to help me save money. It was also really considerate of him to wear shoe covers to protect our carpet. Small gesture like that showed how respectful and professional he is. I appreciate his honesty l, efficiency, and great service. Definitely recommend him.

Millennium has come to our building several times for different reasons and each time we've had to call them back because of the problem they caused we paid them several thousand dollars to line an existing sewer which was done so poorly we had to have it completely redone. Most recently, when they were repairing a small leak in our kitchen, they actually cut through the pipe and now will not come back and fix it. In fact, they will not respond to me at all. I would not recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs? There are so many other reputable companies. Don't waste your time and money here.

This company is amazing. I needed a plastic water valve changed to a metal valve to get a dishwasher installed. So first I tried a different plumbing company recommended off a local fb group. They made an appointment for the next day. I took the day off of work for it. Then they called at the end of the appointment time to say they weren't showing up but they would send someone the following day. Because the person the following day would have the tools and ability to change the water valve and not just give me a quote or look at it. So I took the following day off of work too. The guy showed up the next day (still the other company) and said he has no idea how to change a water valve, and that he's here to inspect my sewer line so they can sell me an expensive sewer cleaning flush out. So he inspected it to give me an expensive quote on something completely unrelated to the water valve. He said he knows someone at the plumbing company that maybe could change a valve but he's on vacation for a week. He called that guy and that guy said he doesn't know how to change a valve either and he'd have to google it and figure it out. He could come by a week later after vacation and it would be $300 per hour plus parts, and it could take multiple hours since he'd have to google how to do it and figure it all out for the first time. So I called Millennium Plumbing in the late afternoon after this whole mess. They gave me a quote over the phone (cheaper than just one hour of the "google plumber"). They made an appointment for the next day, came out with the part, and replaced the valve in like 15 minutes or less. It was an amazing resolution and saved me from this other terrible company that was causing lots of headaches for a week and wasting many days of my time. Millenium Plumbing was also very nice. And a great price. I would highly recommend them. The problem was seemingly small and then it spiraled out of control with this other company. Millenium solved everything for me quick and easy for a good price. Thanks for the help! Also, they only charged me like $7 for the new valve, which is the actual price for the part. Rather than charging $50-$100 for a $7 part, which a lot of companies tend to do. So that was really great too.

I was previously charged over $600 by another plumber for a leaking toilet, only for the leak to return in less than five weeks. When they came back, they refused to stand behind their work and instead tried to push a new repair quote exceeding $3,000. To make matters worse, they had originally told me that if the leak returned, it would be due to the toilet itself and that the prior payment would be credited toward replacement labor. I went ahead and purchased a new toilet based on that guidance, only to be told later that the issue had nothing to do with the toilet. The entire experience felt misleading and inconsistent. Ivette and Millennium Plumbing handled everything the way it should be done. They were honest, direct, and transparent from the start. They presented two repair options, one more affordable and one more extensive, and clearly explained both. What stood out most was their integrity. They openly said that if this were their own home, they would choose the more cost effective option. That level of honesty is rare. They also went above and beyond by offering to install the new toilet I had already purchased at no additional cost, saving me the hassle and expense of returning it. Woke up one morning on my way to work only to find out my garage had water all over the floor. Looked around and found out my old (25) year old water heater had started leaking hot water all over the place! I immediately went to Yelp to get price quotes for service and to see how quickly someone could come by. In the meantime I started to turn off the water inlet valve to stop the leak and drained the tank. I immediately got a response from MPS to call Luis for a price. I called and spoke to Luis Sr and he give me a great price for everything including the new water heater. He also said he would upgrade all the water fittings. I agreed to the price and told me they would be at my place ASAP. A few hours later I was greeted by Luis jr and Pedro from MPS. They were happy to see that I had already started and removed the water in the tank and they could immediately start to remove the tank. It did take allot of effort to remove my old water tank and the old water lines were also a bit of trouble due to age but Pedro was great and had lots of experience dealing with stubborn water pipes. Pedro did a fantastic job, he was always in a good mood and friendly. He was also very attention to detail which is something I really like to see in people who do a job since I'm also the same way. He took the time to make sure everything was secure and working 100% before leaving. Thank you Luis and Pedro!

Great experience, from initial quote to project finish. We originally hired them to relocate some gas plumbing which was completed with no issues! But after, we stopped getting hot water so we called them back. They noticed our old gas heater needed repair, so they replaced a component (thermocouple). After that, our hot water came back but there was a strong gas smell that lasted a couple of days. We called Millennium who came back to inspect it, but found nothing wrong. They said that the new part just needs to burn off some gas (??). However, the smell persisted for another couple days so we called PG&E because we feared it may be a gas leak. They came to inspect and notified us that a certain part was installed incorrectly which was causing gas to leak. We called Millennium back who admitted it was their wrong and quickly fixed the issue. They offered a partial refund which we haven't seen yet. We're honestly just relieved we can breathe in our own home. All in all, the runaround and back-and-forth about the water heater was exhausting. But the owner in particular showed lots of care and integrity in his work, which we appreciated. He was great to communicate with and helped rectify any errors.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Luis and Millennium Plumbing Specialist. I had a very leaky kitchen faucet and shower head. I called a few plumbers on Yelp, but many of them charged $40 for them to visit my home and diagnose the issue in addition to the cost of the labor and service. Luis was available and did not have any fee to see the problem. We scheduled a time for him to come to my home and he was super responsive and helpful. I also liked that I can text him to communicate! Luis is honest, quick, and hard working. He didn't upcharge me like other Yelp plumbers I called. He gave me a really great price for both problems (kitchen faucet and shower head). Luis used to work for another big plumbing company (you probably know them or have seen their billboards!). I trust him just after meeting him twice, and I recommend him highly. I will definitely call Luis again the next time we have plumbing issues. Thanks so much for your work and honesty. The old galvanized water main line into our house suddenly burst, leaving us with a huge volume of water leaking into the foundations. We received several quotes from plumbing companies in the area, and Millennium was one of the more reasonable. The owner, Luis, was very thorough in explaining the process and plans for repairing the line, and his team was quick to provide an estimate for the work. While other companies quoted us several days to repair and were insistent on trenching my sidewalk and driveway, Millennium was able to perform a trenchless replacement with the minimal amount of damage to my property. There were unexpected issues during install in regard to existing lines, but the team was quick to correct those and I couldn't be happier to have everything in working order. This is a small, family-owned and operated business who does great work, and I will definitely be calling them in the future and recommending their team to my friends and family.

Our back yard was flooding, and needed to be fixed before winter. We called Millennium Plumbing and had an appointment scheduled the next day. Luis let us know our yard drainage system had been taken over by tree roots beyond repair. This would mean a new system would need to be installed around the whole house. This was not a small job having to work around trees etc. Luis took on this job with a very busy schedule and short notice. Luis is a genuine person and will make sure you are happy and taken care of. We had our new "French Drain System" Installed by Millennium Plumbing in October of 2022. I'm able to write this review now with all the current storms to tell you I cant be more happier everything works better then I could have ever imagined! Thank you Luis and Team we truly appreciate all your hard work and making us a priority. Tony

We got our water bill and it was three times more than usual so started to look for a leak. After checking everything we called Millenium Plumbing Specialists. Believe it or not they were at my door in an hour and gave me good quote. We decided to go forward and they started the next morning. But after some digging they found more water leaks on the main water line so we decided to replace the whole underground water line. They worked all they until around 8 but because more worked needed to be done they came back early next morning and finished the job. I have OCD so i am very careful about how they started and left the job site and their work. Even I can't tell they digged the whole front yard. Left my house without any problems better than before. I highly recommend them they were on time reasonable know what they doing and all crew was excellent.

I had my doubts that they could fix it why? Will I had a diff plumber come out for 1 bathroom clog and he used the snake and found dirt coming back from the snake. In other words, he said it was going to cost more $ to go down the crawl space and check if the pipe broke etc... from there it was going to cost and arm and leg and I said no. I decided to use the 1 bathroom for a year and not used the clogged bathroom and and sure thing my original bathroom that was clog was clogging my 2nd bathroom and now my sink. So now I have 3 clogs and what's worst was that the toilets were backing up when someone flush the toilet and fecal was coming out from the shower. At that point I had no bathrooms and no sink! I called millennial and it took them 2 days to fix the problem and they didn't even have to go under my crawl space.
