“We had an issue with our water heater, found Mike's Plumbing on a google search and Jake was at our house within an hour and a half from the call. Turns out the water heater didn't have an issue, but rather just a simple caulk job was needed around a faucet. He could have easily sold me a pricey job I didn't need but was an honest good guy.”

“Before coming in, he laid down a mat outside my door to my house and made sure to wipe his shoes off. Jake let me know what the price was up front and in writing before beginning work. When working, I saw he had his tools on a mat to make sure not to mark up my tile floor. Afterward, he made sure everything was cleaned up when finished.”

“The team at Mike's Plumbing was awesome! They were extremely responsive and called me to let me know when the plumber was coming. Kevin was fantastic! He was reasonable, pleasant, and went through all of my options with me while being realistic about the work that needed to be done. Kevin cleaned up after all of the work he did, finished in a reasonable amount of time, and even placed placards on different water lines to help me identify them better.”
