I have used Midwest Plumbing on numerous occasions at my home and also for rental properties I own. They arrive promptly and do quality work. Everyone has always been courteous and respectful. Prices are in line with other plumbers in the area. Have always been satisfied with Midwest
Highly do not recommend. To start, the women working the service counter was extremely rude & dismissive to my wife and I. Gave us false information on warranty coverage, and never stated there is a $150 MINNIMUM CHARGE for a tech to come do service. Resulting in a $175 bill to cap off a valve & for the tech to be there for 10 minutes total. Highly discourage using dealing with this company. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.
I used Midwest Plumbing for years, thought I was a good customer, until a service call that ended up with a closed boiler valve showed they couldn't care less about me. The tech didn't reopen the valve causing a shutdown resulting in a $200 visit from the boiler installer. Easy fix, honest mistake, but no price adjustment at all for their misstep, after I called, emailed and sent a letter. Who does this in this day and age? I'll never work with them again and offer this bit of advice: Don't ghost good customers, they won't shut up about it.
Overpriced and did not diagnose any issues, If you are looking for a fair plumber in the area of Waukesha do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They refused to help me at all and cost more than going to a doctor. I gave them a chance to rectify the issue and they just keep saying they will call me back and never do. BTW other customers have said the exact same thing but they clearly dont care
Used them once and won't use them again. They installed some new water lines and discharge. After many leaks and a "new" sumppump that quit after 3 weeks I was done with them. Hired a different plumber to replace all of midwests work, and haven't had a single problem since then. Not plumbing related but Midwest drove in the grass and left 5-6 inch deep ruts.
