Midland did an awesome job on our triple traps for our business!! They used nothing but the best materials and the installers were very respectful and explained the whole process as they went along. They even fixed my clog in the sink and installed a water spigot at the last minute for us. The price was very compatible to those in the surrounding area. The business owner came out to check on the process of the job and returned my calls very promptly. Our small family owned business, is located in Villa Park and it was important to us to use a local family owned business as well. Midland is a family owned business that has been serving Villa Park and the surrounding areas for many years. We are very glad we used them and recommend Midland to any auto facility looking to have plumbing and/or triple traps installed.

Midland Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly and got someone out right away, which I really appreciated. Everything was done cleanly and professionally with no mess, or hassle. I want to specifically call out Dave, who was absolutely great. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful of my home, taking care to keep everything tidy and communicate clearly about what needed to be done. He turned what felt like a stressful plumbing issue into something completely manageable. One of our 50 gallon water heaters wasn't working right and we were not getting the right amount of hot water. We called Midland and Karen dispatched a team promptly. Tommy diagnosed the issue, and one of the heaters needed to be replaced. He provided us several options and we decided to replace both heaters with a tankless system. Tommy and Chris came out the very next day, once parts were received, and did the install. They did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. The site was cleaned up once they finished, and they explained the new system to us. If we ever need work done again we will be using Midland. And we'd be very happy with Tommy or Chris doing the work!

Joe with Midland plumbing and sewer came out today to replace our hot water heater. he was very professional and knowledgeable. Measured the space to ensure the unit was was best for location in our closet in condo and would meet all our needs. He showed up on time, answered all out questions, explained what we needed, cleaned up after himself. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again ! So glad they were recommended to us and we will also recommend to our friends and family too.
