Very responsive although he is extremely busy! I love his straight to the point and reasonable pricing strategy and now I see why he is so darn busy. Would recommend him if you are looking for a hard working and honest plumber!

Awful experience

Mike was very unprofessional, always in a hateful and bad mood, and would creepily stare at my wife and daughter. Made them feel very uncomfortable. Do not use him, there is something not right with him.

Mike Midkiff installed a new natural gas water heater and water softener for us. Our old water heater was leaking and Mike responded quickly to my call and installed the new water heater the next day. He has fixed prices which are very reasonable for his work which he states upfront. Even though there were unforeseen plumbing issues, he did not charge extra for the additional work. Mike also installed a new water softener and repaired a leaking exterior faucet for one of my sons with the same efficiency and expertise. I highly recommend Mike.

Wow, he was fantastic!!! I can't say enough great things about him! I had a last minute urgency, as I ordered an oven & realized I didn't have a gas shut off valve & Home Depot wouldn't deliver with out it. Not only was he thourough & did a fantastic & quick job, but he was proffessional & affordable. I was so happy he came to help me in such short notice, that I insisted he take extra money for the emergency request! What a life saver! Had a break right past the main line, water company wouldn't do anything. Within a couple hours he had it all dug up, explained to me why it most likely broke, and had all the tools and material with him to replace the part of the line that broke. I cannot recommend his services enough. Fairest price around by far.

Mike was quick efficient and reasonable. He even stopped by my father's house a couple blocks I'll most definitely give him a call when the need a rises. Afterwards he even stopped by my dads house to take a look at his water fountain. And didn't add to the bill. A really good guy.

Excellent service for an excellent price. I will use them again in the future as needed. Everyone else in the Verde Valley seems to be terribly greedy.
