Critical
“I needed a new gray water sump pump. They knew I needed it quick as I was leaving town. The pump was $500. They charge me another $500 labor for about one hour worth of work. The Customer service answering the phone crabby. Condescending and disrespectful. Techs didn't even change my check valve, or original pvc piping, I had to give them materials I had. Overall sure they did an OK job but I wouldn't recommend …”

Called after scheduled appointment time to discuss scheduling conflict and then obviously couldn't come for appointment!! Duh! Finally contacted Reliable management on Wednesday 12/1 to get another appointment and have water turned off. Knew actually coming …”

Had to sign contract first, half of the money up front, great. Second, different set of guys came out to remove trim work and toilet in same bathroom where steam will go. Okay on the spot $305. Called them to put back same …”

He arrived right on time, determined the leak was from the refrigerator line, pulled out the fridge to find the culprit and started the heater flush so I could …”
