Michael & Sons is easy to deal with, professional, courteous. Our electrician, Jason Hall, is simply amazing! He worked quickly and efficiently, flowing from one task to the next. Jason was polite, professional, and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. I will be using Michael & Sons for my future plumbing and electrical needs.

KevinG was very personable even though my 2 frenchies bombarded him with the need of pats when he first arrived 🫠 Was showing connection by talking to me about his dog (which made things less awkward when you have someone you don’t personally know inside your home). Was respectful by wearing booties (tons of snow out there) and walked me through the things he was doing with doing the inspection of my HVAC system. On top of that, was efficient so he was in and out in a timely manner which meant I didn’t have to wait around all day. Yay Kevin! Also, had JasonH doing my electrical inspection and again- so accommodating with my questions. He also brought treats for my dogs! He was very knowledgeable and did some upgrades to make sure this solo lady didn’t have to worry about my electrical going on the fritz. He was also wearing booties to protect my floors and was efficient in what needed to be done so I didn’t have to be in my house waiting around all day. He also talked to me about animals and was very outgoing/ personable. Yay Jason! Also- Michael & Son being so awesome to have both systems serviced at the same time! I have a hectic, busy schedule so doing them simultaneously was such a win for me!

Plumber was on time and courteous. Wore those slippers to keep our floors clean! Examined what needed to be done to replace a water line in our hot water closet with copper as it was pvc and not up to code. He said he needed to add a valve and connector. His price was $1800.00. We decided to get other prices because it just seemed so high for those 3 things. He wasn't going to have to crawl under our house for anything, just work in our water closet in the house. We just felt it was a bit pricey. Other than that, he seemed very nice and we plan on using this company in the future for our heating and air. We did get their membership for maintenance on our HVAC as well and paid $300.00
