100 percent recommend McNeese’s Plumbing. We received a prompt estimate and installation of a new outdoor sink and hot and cold bibs. Zach was on time and communicated with us throughout the install. He navigated through the crawl space and multiple dry walls, but he kept everything clean and within budget. There were no surprises. Now we have new outdoor plumbing and everything works great. To top it off, Zach has excellent people skills. Thank you Zach and the McNeese team.

McNeese's Plumbing installed a new exterior hose bib for me, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Zach took the time to evaluate the best route for the water line, explained the options clearly, and recommended the simplest, most cost-effective solution instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. The job involved coordinating with my siding contractor for a clean finished appearance on the exterior, and Zach worked with him seamlessly. The final result looks great and was done very professionally. I also asked him to check my home’s water pressure while he was here, and he took the time to do several readings with different gauges at no extra charge. I also changed the hose bib location, which added pipe to the run, and he still honored the original quote. It’s refreshing to find a plumber who is honest, skilled, professional, and not sales-driven. I would absolutely call McNeese’s Plumbing again.

We needed a full replumb on a house we just bought. Zach came out quickly to give an estimate, which was much better than other quotes we received. He had us scheduled within a week and the job completed quicker than expected. Zach kept in constant communication with us throughout the job and replied quickly to questions we've had since finishing. I could not recommend this company more, they are friendly, better than competitively priced and quick to get you on the schedule!

We had a sudden bathroom sink emergency that developed because of the flippers that did our house (recent move) and went searching for a plumber through the “best of Olympia” Facebook page that already came highly recommended. Zach was able to schedule with us quickly and arrived on time! The problem wasn’t able to initially resolved, so he worked with us on a solution and fixed it the next week. He talked through options, pricing, and finished the job quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend and will be making them our go-to call for anything plumbing related!
