Dustin and Nevon were both professional and friendly. They knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the presentation was awesome 👏🏾. I mentioned a few things Jaason mentioned to us that he was going to do and they reached out and executed it well. We purchased the box so it made the area look clean. You can’t even see the extension cord. We got the top of the line water softener treatment. They hooked our shower kits up how we wanted. However we did purchase the hoses and they had the rest and it matched up well. They worked well together. When it was time to pay the balance Dustin made sure it was correct before processing. Was not notified about what day the work was to be done in advance. They were here till 8:30 pm disrupting the household. The walls are dirty, there is missing caulking, some of the caulking that is there is messy. There is a gap between the tub and floor. I feel if they took 2 days instead of 1 there would have been time for better quality and they wouldn't have been here so late.

Delaney came out to quote me on an install of a water softener and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He offered me the best price without having to go back and forth. I did get an extra 2 quotes and realized this was the fairest price for my install. Delaney came out to install and within 4 hrs he was able to professionally install my system where I can now enjoy clean water in my home. Highly recommend this company as they were fair with the price and the work was beyond my expectations.
