I have called their number multiple times to no avail. The one time I was able to speak with the receptionist, I felt as though my eight year old granddaughter was etremely more intelligent than the "little girl" answering the telephone.”
“I would never suggest this company. My home warranty assigned them to me. Yes the window of time is from 8-12 or 12-5. I had the 12- 5 window. Guy shows up around 6:30. Tells me yes it smells and not sure where it is coming from and we will have to do a smoke test. He said it would have to be approved by my warranty and then they could come back out. It was approved and then had to wait 5 more days before …”
“In July 2023 Matrix repaired the water inlet into the house for an insurance claim. In doing so they damaged my foundation drip line but assured me it was a quick fix and they would splice the drip hose back together. In August 2023 my irrigation control valve had the pvc connecter shear off due to ground conditions, possible over saturated clay and my yard started flooding when sprinklers were supposed to come on. …”
