Huge thanks to Matrix Plumbing! Brad arrived exactly when he said he would, found that our “leak” was just a loose, corroded pipe connection, and fixed it fast, saving us from a costly repair. He also replaced two toilets for us later on. Super professional, honest, and friendly. At no time did I think I was being up sold. Great experience all around!

If you need a solid plumber in Fort Worth, look no further than Matrix Plumbing. They recently handled a difficult water heater replacement in my attic, and the quality of work was top-notch. The office manager Veronica was fantastic—she made scheduling the service call incredibly easy and provided clear communication throughout. The technicians were professional, punctual, and experts at navigating the attic installation without any issues. For anyone looking for water heater repair or installation in Fort Worth, TX, I highly recommend this team!

If you’ve got a gas leak, call Matrix and ask for Eddie. He was onsite fast, handled the repairs in a day, and was incredibly easy to deal with. He took the 'scare' out of the situation and charged a very fair price. I’m a very satisfied homeowner with total peace of mind!

POOR comunications! Appears that they do not need the business. Stay away from this company. Find a reputable plumber that truly cares about your problem. I have called their number multiple times to no avail. The one time I was able to speak with the receptionist, I felt as though my eight year old granddaughter was etremely more intelligent than the "little girl" answering the telephone.

I would never suggest this company. My home warranty assigned them to me. Yes the window of time is from 8-12 or 12-5. I had the 12- 5 window. Guy shows up around 6:30. Tells me yes it smells and not sure where it is coming from and we will have to do a smoke test. He said it would have to be approved by my warranty and then they could come back out. It was approved and then had to wait 5 more days before they could come out again. On the day of the 2nd appointment I waited from 8-11. I called them to see ETA.. He stated he would be here shortly. About 30 mins later I get a call back saying the co-owner went to get the equipment for the smoke test and hasn't returned nor is he answering their calls, so they are going to need to reschedule. Frustrated, I had to reschedule for two days later. Today I am waiting from 8-12 and no show. I call them to see ETA. I was then advised oh I had you down for yesterday. I said no that is not correct. Even if you did have me down for yesterday, then where was my text when you guys were on your way? I wasn't here but there were other people at the house. So I know they did not come out. Worst service ever! I am going with another plumber and not wasting my time with Matrix. I would suggest you do the same if your home warranty company assigns them to you. I have also put in a complaint with the home warranty company so they don't use Matrix for anyone else.

Completely agree with the other posts. We were showing signs of a leak under the toilet that was causing the grout line of the tile to become moist. There was no actual water at this point coming out from underneath the toilet that was visible. Again it appears to be a leak contained within the flooring and in order to address the toilet would need to be removed. Our home warranty company assigned this company and the plumber came out. As I started to speak he rudely interrupted me and was defensive about not seeing any visible water. At this point my defenses go up and I walk back to my living room. I was speaking with my husband regarding the home warranty and how ridiculous it was that we would have to wait until it became a major issue and costs more money in order for it to be thoroughly looked at. I stated to my husband how incompetent that was. Apparently the technician got his feelings hurt and left without another word so when I called his office I was advised that he was uncomfortable at the way I was speaking about him. Please keep in mind I was not speaking about him... Irregardless what I said was not abrasive or abusive and a grown man can't take a little feedback or criticism. So I told his office manager that I would make sure another company got our business from now on and that the owner needed to know that the technician was that unprofessional to which she replied "I sure will honey." Seriously could you be more condescending. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After posting this, I received an email bill for the Trade Call fee of $75.00. Since the tech left our home with no signature and not saying a word he obviously did not collect his fee. Given the above I called my home warranty to state how unprofessional they were and was advised that this company had contacted them and LIED stating that I was verbally abusive to the technician by yelling, screaming and cursing. None of which ever happened. I did not even say another word to him after coming to sit back in my living room and my conversation with my husband was civil and there was no abusive language between the two of us. AGAIN THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY LIED STATING WE CURSED AND YELLED AT THE TECHNICIAN AS THIS NEVER HAPPENED. According to my warranty apparently this lie was made in order to force the Trade Call fee to be paid since the tech obtained no signature. Well guess what I will not pay it as the service was not completed in my opinion since the technician walked out nor did we sign any paperwork.

If there could be a negative star that would have been my choice! After making a claim through my warranty company, matrix called to set up an appointment. During this conversation, the lady ensured me that the text was a 30min window upon arrival. I thought that was perfect especially since a family member was going to be there for me since I couldn't make it. I figured that would ensure my family to be there no matter what. I received the text message saying the technician was in route. From the time I received the text to the time my family was at the house was around 20 min tops. Upon arrival there was no plumber in site. I called my husband once I myself got to my house. Informing him of the situation, he calls matrix plumbing only to find out the technician had already been there and that no one answered the door so he just left. My husband then asked well why did you call to find out anything. The lady said that the text was sent out and that was good enough. My husband asked since their was a misunderstanding if we could reschedule for today. The answers was rudely, NO! However, here is a catch. The text has a link in which you download and app to find out location of technician. Well, the app may be free BUT to find the technician, it requires you to put in your credit card info and pay! I called the warranty company to inform them of the issue. I told them matrix plumbing is NOT allowed on my property. This company shouldn't even be an option. I must say any company that has been sent by the warranty company has not been honest, trustworthy, or decent! I would stay CLEAR of this plumbing company by all means. To be honest, I wouldn't invest in a warranty company in general. We have had a horrible time. I'm just glad it came with the house when purchased rather than us buying it ourselves. Especially if a company like this is their go to company! Very upsetting no doubt!

If you have other options, use other plumbing company, don't repeat my bad experience with them. I called them because I saw they had good Google reviews, however, this time was a mistake, I received very very poor and disappointing service from Matrix, they not only didn't fix my leaking issue but also took advantage of the Texas winter storm by charging me $350.00 for "checking my pipelines" and then gone and kept calling my tenant and me to collect money as soon as they were "done". When my tenant reached out to me again telling the first floor ceiling was still leaking so I called Matrix plumbing telling them why the leaking issue was still not fixed although you guys told me it was done and collected my money. They said they can fix the bathtub issue but will charge another $500 - $600. I said I've already paid $350.00 and nothing has been fixed, they said sorry these are different issues. Hello?? I called you for the leaking issue, you checked my pipeline instead of fixing the real deal - the bathtub and now you are telling me in order to fix the bathtub leaking, we are going to treat this as a different deal? And I tried to talk to them if they can give me a discount fixing the bathtub issue considering the 350 has been given and nothing has been communicated to me and the issue I called for was never fixed, they told me no. Obviously they don't even care about customer satisfaction at all and only cares about how much we can collect money from you ASAP. I'm fine losing the $350.00 for nothing but a lesson and I will never ever use this company and will recommend other customers to avoid if possible. I don't understand why this Matrix company has so many good reviews, if those are paid ones, it makes more sense to me.

Matrix Plumbing just completed a total replacement of all the lead plumbing under our house. WOW! The entire job took just 1 week. During that period of time we experienced unparalleled courtesy and professionalism from both Pam and the entire crew. We were always advised of when the workers would arrive, and they never failed to show up as advertised. We had expected to pay dearly to repair our landscape after the extensive tunneling under our home. In fact when the job was done it was hard to tell that anything had ever happened. Everything was put back in place including a couple of bushes that had to be removed temporarily. We researched several plumbing companies prior to selecting Matrix Plumbing. Some bids were ridiculously high and one ridiculously low. For the scope of work, the Matrix Plumbing bid seemed both right and fair. In fact the actual amount we paid was a bit lower than what we had agreed upon. We highly recommend Matrix Plumbing to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional company to address their plumbing needs. Maribeth & Gabriel Ponce (Plano) Fast forward a year. Our bathroom shower was plugged. We tried to fix the problem ourselves with tools we had on hand but were unable to reach the clog. We called Matrix Plumbing and with no questions asked they arrived at our home within 24 hours and honored their warranty. Again, we were amazed at the professionalism and courtesy accorded to us by Matrix Plumbing. This company deserves 5 stars and more!!!! Thank you Matrix!!

Had this contractor sent out by my home warranty company (Landmark Home Warranty) for a repair on my hot water heater. The technician came out and spent about 15 minutes to tell me that my hot water heater needed to be replaced (which I knew and was covered by my home warranty company) and then proceeded to tell my warranty company that on top of the replacement, that I would have to pay them an additional $748.00 to get my plumbing "up to code". I thought that sort of outrageous and sought a second opinion from another reputable company in my area. I explained to him that my hot water heater went out and let him do his job which took about 45min and he wrote out his report and nowhere did it include the brickwork, piping or drain upgrades, etc. that Matrix told me were necessary to bring my home up to code (my home was built in 2005). When I asked him if all of my piping was up to code he said that it was and actually told me that my current pipes were exactly what Matrix told me that I needed. Even when confronted with this information, they would only say that their technician was right. I actually measured the pipes myself and they measured exactly what Jet said I needed. These people are CROOKS!!!! Don't use them they are just looking to sell you a bunch of upgrades that you don't need. If they don't want to service warranty customers fairly, they should get out of that business!

We have a home warranty (Home Warranty of America) on our home. I filed a claim with our home warranty regarding our water heater that was leaking. I specifically noted on the claim when filing it, that it is a Liquid Propane water heater. Our warranty company dispatched Matrix Plumbing. Mary called to schedule our service. She made sure to mention we are out of their coverage area but because it was a warranty claim, they would service us. She said their driver won't mind the alone time on the road. The tech arrived and determined that we need a new water heater. Fine. We had a feeling that was coming as the water heater is 19 years old. He explained everything he would need to do and that our warranty company would be in contact with us regarding any additional fees. He also explained to me what would need to be done if we decide to convert to tankless (which I asked him about). HWA contacted me to let me know they would be assigning a new provider as Matrix does not service Liquid Propane. Matrix should have never agreed to service us to begin with if this is the case, considering the claim stated it is a liquid propane tank. Matrix wasted our time and in the meantime, we still have leaking water heater in our garage. Do NOT use this company if you have Liquid Propane as you will be wasting your time.

In July 2023 Matrix repaired the water inlet into the house for an insurance claim. In doing so they damaged my foundation drip line but assured me it was a quick fix and they would splice the drip hose back together. In August 2023 my irrigation control valve had the pvc connecter shear off due to ground conditions, possible over saturated clay and my yard started flooding when sprinklers were supposed to come on. I had my original installer Andy's come out to replace the pvc line and damaged irrigation unit. They checked the system and found the Matrix plumber had merely taped the foundation drip hose rather than splice in a drip line coupler back together and it was just dumping water into the surrounding clay. Cost me $650 to get my irrigation repaired. I contacted them three days ago via phone and email and never got a response.

Terrible in every way. Hired Matrix to come install shower valves and trim kit. Matrix "completed" the work and payment was made. After our Tile contractor replaced the Hardi Backer board and installed the tile, come to find out the water lines (hot/cold) were reversed. Cold water is hot and hot water is cold. We had to remove tile and hardi board, fix the reversed lines and replace Hardi board and tile again. Cost me thousands extra. A very simple test from the Matrix Plumber could have prevented this issue. The plumber was extremely rude and errogant. After calling Matrix to discuss and request a refund in an attempt to recoup some of my loses, the owner informed me that they will not work with me in any way and to "not call Matrix again". Stay far away from this company if you value your home and the integrity of the plumbing.

I had a fantastic experience with Matrix Plumbing! We submitted a claim through insurance and the adjuster sent them to us to find the leak and do a full report. They tested my home's plumbing system and quickly identified that I had cast-iron pipes with a break under the kitchen. Jason reviewed our options and worked with our budget beyond what insurance gave us. Instead of drilling through the kitchen floor, they accessed the issue from outside, minimizing reconstruction hassles. The dig crew w Daniel and repair plumber Eddie were professional, precise and didn't leave a mess! We decided to replace all the cast-iron pipes in the house which definitely needed to be done, making it a better investment as we prepare to sell next spring. Highly recommend them for any leak detection needs!

Well here’s a story about waiting too long to call a plumbing leak detection company! How about  a literal ceiling collapse. We had a hidden bathroom leak that resulted in a massive cave-in and $15k in damages. Matrix Plumbing was out here fast, identified the source of the soggy mess immediately, and got us back on track. The biggest value-add was their expertise with our insurance claim. They provided a detailed professional report that clearly documented the hidden and concealed nature of the failure. Their technical breakdown helped prove the damage was a sudden result of a concealed pipe failure rather than a maintenance oversight, which was the key factor in getting our claim approved. They made a nightmare situation manageable. Professional, efficient, and worth every penny!
