This is the best plumber ever. Sailo is knowledgeable at his work and quite friendly. My Sump pump stopped working and I had to buy a new one which he replaced for me. He arrived on time and talked me through as he installed the new one. I will recommend him anytime.

Sailo, The owner of Masterpiece Plumbing was extremely pleasurable, fast, conscientious, and most importantly trustworthy. I use a wheelchair and because of this, I am unable to access my basement. I have to depend on and trust what work persons tell me about any issues. I’ve used many electrical and plumbing companies over the years and Sailo is a person who tells you how it is and what the problem is. He looked at the issue and quickly told me how much it would cost. Every other company I’ve ever used always tries to upsell, plays the “Let me see how I can bring that price down” game with their iPad. They end up bringing the price down a little bit, but it always seems to cost much much more than it should. Sailo didn’t play any of these games. He gave a quote and stuck to it. Any unexpected parts that he had to run and purchase, he would show me the actual receipt from the store and charge me the amount he paid. It’s getting more and more difficult to find honest, hard-working people. I highly recommend Masterpiece Plumbing and its owner Sailo.

My wife and I moved into our first home and as we are still learning the servicing requirements of our home, we called Masterpiece Plumbing & Drain and other competitors. Masterpiece Plumbing & Drain was the only place that gave us an exact quote price for the service where no others would. On the phone and in person Sailo and the team was very respectful and patient. In addition to the efficient service we were given an in depth lesson on the steps of servicing the water heater on our own for the future where they said we could save money. This is one of the few places that still offers great quality service with the customer in mind. We never felt like the plumbers/team was trying to rip us off. It's very comforting knowing you're getting honest work. Sailo was very respectful and knowledgeable, he took one look at the unit we had and knew exactly what they needed for the work. Definitely a place that my wife and I trust and will call again in the future.

We have had our bathtub faucet leaking for months. We decided to fix it on our own and got stuck halfway. We desperately needed a plumber to come and save us since we couldn't turn the water back on. After calling several plumbers and getting the run around, we called Masterpiece Plumbing and talked to Sailo. He showed up just a few hours after calling at the agreed time and he was very professional. He did an amazing job and fixed everything in a timely manner. The price was also better than we had expected. We also mentioned about issues with our garbage disposal that we have had for over a year and he checked it out for free and immediately identified that the power was off and just like that our garbage disposal is now working. We are so happy that we made that phone call. We will be using them again in future.

I would like to give Masterpiece a 10 stars rating if possible. I am so happy that I have found this company for my plumbing issues. My water heater stopped working suddenly and I called the Masterpiece and Sailo came in so quickly and patiently explained the problem and showed me how to take care of my water heater myself in the future. Thank you Sailo for your service! Today, (11/14/2025)I called Mr. Sailo again about my bathroom faucet problem. The hot water handle didn’t turn to the end and we didn’t have enough hot water. So, Mr. Sailo patiently walked me through the process over the phone to adjust the cartridge and it worked perfectly now. Thanks again for your help!

I recently had another excellent experience with His company which was a bad faucet hose and cooper pipe repair in my basement. What a marvelous experience! Sailo came to my house exactly on time and promptly proceeded to diagnose my water heater! He was an expert and friendly, polite and and coached me on doing self-service! Speedy, fantastic, and professional service! Enough cant be said for the service these guys provide. My house had two leaking valves at the same time. It cause a lot of panic but the team at masterpiece plumbing quickly answered the call. Theit troubleshooting was excellent and thorough. They walked me through what they were doing as they did it. Great explanation and never trying to upsell. It was purely just a master craftsman working in the efficient way to solve a couple problems.

Sailo was fantastic. He taught me how to flush my water heater as he was doing it, in case I wanted to do it myself going forward. He was very thorough and cleaned all the filters too. I really appreciated the quality work and also his kindness in answering my questions and being patient with me. Highly recommend if you need him for plumbing services. He was also super respectful of my home and kept it clean despite the work involved.

Sailo was fantastic. He installed my whole house water leak detector/shut off valve today! He really took the time to be sure it was in the best place and leveled! Affordable too!! I’d definitely use him again for any plumbing issues. He gets 10 stars because I just had water damage from a leaky kitchen faucet flooding my basement. I had a toilet that was running 24/7. It was probably installed in the 1990's. Masterpiece Plumbing fixed the problems in no time. Lal Sailo worked to troubleshoot the problems and replaced all of the inner parts of the tank. It works like a charm now. No longer wasting gallons of water. And his price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend him the next time you have a plumbing problem.
