“We got a water heater replaced recently, and were happy when he offered to do the install same-day at a discount. Unfortunately, after he left, we found a nice puddle behind the water heater that spread into the laundry room next door. Later, we found out the bamboo flooring next to the furnace room was covered with scratches. It was nice and convenient, but a negative experience overall.”
