“My insurance gave me these guys,and i called them twice and the just sit and lie to you that they are comming.Forget about comming they do not do anything a total wste of time.After one day I had my insurance get me a different plumber to come out and do the job.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CO,sorry to say that,but when you sewer is backed up that is an emergency and you really do need some one that cares.”

They said it was trouble on the city side but we found that not to be true. They stopped taking my calls and did not return calls. I called roto rooter and they fixed the problem immediately and we have had no problems. They charged me $335.00 for nothing, I gave it one star because I could …”
