The quote was incredibly high, in fact I let the technician, Jacob, know that his quote was thousands dollars higher than comparable competitors and I asked him if he can elaborate more on the different on price. The guy said that he will give a very detailed quote that he elaborated on only after sitting in his van parked in our driveway for two hours.”

A technician came within a few hours and was able to quick identify the problem and stop the leak. He cut off the bad valve and put a cap on it so it would not leak anymore, it look all of 20 mins.
