Just used M&M Precision to replace my old boiler and hot water heater and I could not recommend them enough. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They are extremely thorough, quick, knowledgeable and left everything spotless when the job was done. Everything was explained very clearly and they made the entire process stress-free. I called M&M Precision for what I understood to be an estimate visit for boiler work. The crew was professional, the estimate seemed fair, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant. However, after the visit I received a $161.85 invoice labeled as a “trip fee” / diagnostic charge. No fee was mentioned when scheduling the appointment, and the company website clearly says: “Contact us today for a free estimate.” When I called afterward, I was told the “free estimate” wording only applies to new systems, but that distinction was never explained beforehand and is not clear from the website. Not disputing their right to charge trip fees, but the lack of upfront disclosure was disappointing.

Max and his team were simply phenomenal. He was very communicative, professional, and did a wonderful job with our boiler. He walked us through all of our options, presented and explained all the problems very thoroughly, and helped us come to the best resolution. He has a wonderful office staff who always go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend Max to anyone looking for any hvac or plumbing services. He’s trustworthy, honest and his prices were great compared to local companies. Couldn’t have been happier with our decision to use his team and will continue to recommend them going forward. Absolute best in the business and so glad they’re local!
