Wayne did an amazing job with changing out our original gas furnace and air conditioning system. The unit was original to the house and since it was giving us issues especially over the winter we decided to have a new unit installed. We solicited estimates from a number of other contractors who were priced some less, some more but ultimately we decided on Lutz HVAC for the simple reason of Wayne taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything in detail as to what was going to be done. Couldn’t ask for more in a contractor.

Wayne was very informative, made me feel like a priority. He explained what had happened and what had to be done. Affordable, quality service!

Very responsive and fairly priced. Had them come out twice and the first time(toilet repair) they showed up within a few hours, the second time (garbage disposal replacement) the next morning. Neither service call lead to sticker shock as he was priced fairly with superior work. Can't ask for more!

I tried a few in the Hazleton -Freeland area thru the years and always disappointed and never called them again so in search again because I needed our gas furnace cleaned I came across Lutz and the reviews were impressive so I thought what have I got to lose? Wayne is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and affordable. We were so impressed. Recently we had a disaster where we had no heat or hot water. Wayne came right away and fixed our issues. Contracted Lutz to install a pressure boost pump. Wayne arrived on time gave us a great price and did an amazing job on installation. Wayne and his co-worker were very polite, professional, and very informative on what to expect from him as well as what the pump would do, also, advised us of how the warranty works. We have excellent water pressure throughout our home now. I am so glad we found a trustworthy company for our plumbing needs.
