“First off, this company has a SOLE contractors license. Meaning only the owner of the business is qualified and insured to work on the pipes. The operation they are running is completely illegal. I found all of this out after a multitude of headaches and thousands of dollars in damages later. I called them in a very bad position because they had great yelp reviews. “In October, the hot water shower fixture got stuck I contacted Local Rooter and Plumbing for assistance. The valves in the hot and cold fixtures were replaced by Local Rooter and Plumbing in 2021 and the cold water fixture was tightened in 2024.
