We are selling our house and needed someone to come out quickly to review a few inspection points for our HVAC. I expected the process to be painful. I thought it would take a long time to get an appointment and it would be an astronomical price. Jason D came out the next day and did a fantastic job, making sure that each of our issues was addressed, and the pricing was extremely fair. He was courteous and easy to communicate with. Lexi came out for a routine HVAC inspection and was extremely thorough. She took photos and videos of the unit, clearly explained her findings, and pointed out a few components that may need attention in the future along with steps I can take now to help prevent issues. She also noticed that my outdoor disconnect switch cover was damaged and happened to have a replacement on hand, which she installed for me. What a great crew. They arrived when scheduled and quickly got to work. We had both plumbing and electrical, working together in a somewhat tight space. Removed our 20 year old tank and replaced with an on demand electric tankless. Very professional.
