Rick did an excellent job from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional. Communication was great and the electrical work was impeccable. Extremely happy with my new updated electrical system. Thank you Rick & thank you Lightfoot.
Rogelio was extremely helpful. He walked us through the process, clearly explained our options for both immediate needs and upcoming repairs, and made sure we understood everything. There was absolutely no pressure, and he worked quickly to get our water heater back up and running. We really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency.
Just had THE BEST experience in a not so great situation. Our newish unit threw an error code and the company who installed it started giving us the run around. Lightfoot was sooo delightful to work with from start to finish. From the ease of scheduling, to the honesty in our tech and helping us weight our options and letting us know what is the best deal for us as homeowners. So happy with the outcome and will recommend.
Update12/29-31/25: I had Lightfoot come back and give me an estimate to replace these LG pieces of junk. The estimate and financing were easy, and within a week the team was here to install! Eldon and Wes are top notch, being an engineer I am very inquisitive they answered all my questions and showed me everything they were doing. They completely replaced all the duct work in the attic and were very clean and thorough!! I would use them again and recommend Lightfoot to my friends and family!!! I appreciate being available on a saturday and the tech was super friendly and apologetic for being a little later due to weather
Corey Jones plumber was amazing! Our water heater died and we had no hot water. He was so knowledgable and professional and really cared about our situation. He got us taken care of so quickly. He was so mannerly and respectful as well. Thank you Corey! Also plumber Rogelio was assigned to us at first and he also was very helpful. We have used Lightfoot for 10 years and always liked them. However since they were bought out I had issues with their new answering service somewhere out if state. However the plumbers were amazing.
