They made it easy to set a time and date for the review of issues and schedule the work. Then were on time and had the correct tools and parts to do the work. For me they were the epitome of good repair work and professionalism. Also replaced a bad toilet shutoff valve.
Josh is very responsive, thorough, and goes above and beyond. He has worked on two houses for me and has been quick to respond each time. I really appreciate his business and expertise!
Josh came on time, fixed my main drain and got be back in about an hour to be able to utilize our toilets, sinks, showers etc! I was a new customer today, as my usualplumber was out of state, will be utilizing this service from now on! Highly recommend!!
Not a great experience. Called them to get a price to change a Valve. They don't charge hourly like a reputable plumber they charge on project pricing which is concerning. I had previous quotes for 600. This company showed up and said 1300. If I wanted to run 10 total feet of PEX that would be an additional 400. Then somehow the added 2 numbers were 1800?. Not sure where the extra 100 came in. He said running 4ft of PEX inside a hollow interior wall was "hard". I politely thanked and said we would not be interested. He said if I got a quote a few hundred less to call and they would match. Overall I did not get a good impression for honesty and fair pricing.
We have worked with Josh three times already and we will keep working with him. He has been able to come on the same day, his prices are fair and his service is very thorough. Highly recommend.
