What reviewers report — the concerns
Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Pricing transparency concerns: reviewer reported unclear pricing logic, high markup vs. competitors, and willingness to 'match' lower quotes only after initial high estimate—raises questions about fairness and negotiation tactics
“This company showed up and said 1300.”
Project-based pricing model can be substantially higher than competitor quotes: one reviewer received $1,300 quote after previous $600 quotes for valve work, with math discrepancies in final total ($1,300 + $400 should equal $1,700, not $1,800)
“This company showed up and said 1300.”
Keep it in proportion: these concerns are cited in 1 of the 5 reviews we analyzed. Most reviewers report positive experiences — see the full rating picture below.
The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Not a great experience. Called them to get a price to change a Valve. They don't charge hourly like a reputable plumber they charge on project pricing which is concerning. I had previous quotes for 600. This company showed up and said 1300. If I wanted to run 10 total feet of PEX that would be an additional 400. Then somehow the added 2 numbers were 1800?. Not sure where the extra 100 came in. He said running …”
Positive
“They made it easy to set a time and date for the review of issues and schedule the work. Then were on time and had the correct tools and parts to do the work. For me they were the epitome of good repair work and professionalism. Also replaced a bad toilet shutoff valve.”
“Josh is very responsive, thorough, and goes above and beyond. He has worked on two houses for me and has been quick to respond each time. I really appreciate his business and expertise!”
