The plumber came over, looked at the work to be done, gave us the estimate, we agreed on the price, and the plumber stated that he will come over today, 7/3, at 8:30am. Today was a workday, but we adjusted our schedule, moved other commitments, and ensured we were at the house at 8:30am. Around 8:45am, the plumber texted that he was running late, and he will be there soon. At 10:30am, we texted the plumber that it's been 2 hours past the appointment time, but he never responded. At 11:30am, we texted the plumber again, and told him that we have to go take care of other things, and his no show is a disappointment and very unprofessional of Legacy Plumbing and Drain Services. There wasn't any emergency on our part. If the plumber wasn't available, or something came up, just let the customer know. Canceling at the last minute is still better communication than no communication at all. We will never call or use such an unprofessional company.
