“I needed a kitchen faucet installed, and a bath sink reset. No big deals. I paid the 49 diagnostics fee, despite me telling the tech exact the issue, and they cam back with a $1,400 + estimate. CRAZY. He wanted to take out my disposer because he could not fit under my kitchen sink. And that would be extra..... I had my regular home repair contractor (licensed and insured). Do for 250.00. I could go on, but it …”
“We had our HVAC system replaced, along with all of the ductwork, and also had Lee's upgrade our attic insulation to more modern standard in late 2019. The technicians have always been great from the installation to the SEVERAL service calls afterwards, however, the original unit installed, Lennox, had issues (overheating when using the heater) and it would shut down repeatedly causing huge temperature fluctuations. …”
