Had my unit serviced and indoor coil cleaned. Repairmen called to let me know they were on their way, fully explained their work and recommendations. I was very pleased with the service and signed up for Lee+ so now I won’t forget to schedule preventative maintenance. Thanks!
The technician, Mena, did an outstanding joy adapting and replacing a water valve for our new refrigerator so we could enjoy filtered water and ice. He was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I appreciate Lee and their consistent high quality work!
i’ve had Lee company membership for probably 20 years, but I’m about to cancel it. I like that they come out twice a year to service and maintain my HVAC unit at no additional cost. That’s the only perk. I recently had them out for a very minor toilet tank rebuild, flap and one other thing inside it. They also picked up two $16 HVAC filters and exchange them in my Hallways. The total bill was $280 which included $66 for the HVAC filters Replacement. Outrageous! They also looked at my gas water heater storage tank in the garage and messed with it a little, which made it make a popping sound. Was not leaking and I had no problem with hot water. Told me it had to be replaced for $2900 and that they could not flush it because it had a plastic drain connector. Insane! It’s only seven years old and in great shape. Two days later, I had another plumbing Company come out and they flushed it for $150. Issue solved. Lee company consistently wants to replace things that don’t need to be replaced and they overcharge.
8 year old HVAC unit froze over this past Thursday night. It’s still within 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Called Lee Company Friday morning and was told someone would assist me within 24 hrs. Technician kindly called that afternoon saying would be out after his regular assignments that day. Great! A part had to be ordered and unit had to thaw out also. Since nothing happens over the weekend, I knew it would be Monday or Tuesday before work could be done. Here it is Thursday, 11th and unit has completely thawed, but sitting idle. Thank goodness for my fireplace and space heater for past 6 days in winter. Hopefully tech will be out this afternoon between 2-4pm. Come on, Lee, six days? You’re a giant in Nashville. I had my hot water heater re-connected . Service was excellent and the technician was very efficient with the service, however , I thought it was much more costly than I expected to have a job that I considered small done. No knock on the job or the technician but the service took less than 30 minutes to perform.
