First rate service, friendly staff and prompt arrival. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended and would use again in the future!!
Needed a water heater installed in a HURRY! We share our campus with HeadStart. Obviously there's a need for hot water for food prep and sanitation. Layland understood the urgency in the assignment, so as soon as a crew became available, they sent them to our rescue. A very nice guy from the office even came over to assist to make sure. So grateful for friendly, affordable, and quick service!!
The crew was punctual and professional, but I wish their pricing had been more transparent. They charge for travel time to and from their office at the full labor rate of $150 per hour, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Even though they were only at my house for 35 minutes, I was billed for 1.5 hours, including an hour of travel time—despite their office being just 15 minutes away. In the end, I paid $225 just for an evaluation, only to be told they couldn’t help. If you’re considering their services, I’d recommend clarifying the billing details upfront.
I would not recommend this business. They do not guarantee their work after 30 days. They installed a toilet for me, which came loose from its moorings twice, rocking back and forth. They reluctantly came back the first time, since it was past the 30-day period, and agreed not to charge for resetting the toilet. Shortly thereafter, it came loose again. They were very unprofessional this time around, telling me on the phone that there wouldn't be a charge. However, I begin to get invoices over a period of several months. When I called, they said they'd check into it but never got back to me. Also, the wall paint was chipped during the initial installation and a towel disappeared from the vanity. When I inquired about the towel, they said they didn't have it. I assume they used it to clean up, then tossed it.
Quick to respond and Quick for fixing my shower but invoice had a surprise on it..pretty sizable trip charge of $75 for 13 miles away and 30 minute repair time.
