I went to clean the water inlet valves on our washing machine and the cold water hose wouldn’t stop spraying out water despite the valve being “shut” off. I called Lane plumbing for an emergency service and the technician, Luis, called me back immediately and came out right away! He was very friendly and fixed the problem for us. He took the time to explain everything and answered any questions we had about the plumbing in our home. We are very thankful for your service!
Rude customer service, they will hang up on you because they don’t care to practice basic customer service skills.
I have a hot water heater at my place of work and it was leaking out of the hot water outlet by the pressure relief valve ....they said you need a pressure relief valve......called the tech to check status after a few days and never received a call back. It took them a week an a half to get the part and then they installed it. After several hours it was leaking once again from the same spot. I would not recommend them as a reliable plumber.
We had tree roots in 7 ft of our sewer line. Lane plumbing not only put a snake down the toilet (did not even remove it!) But then proceeded to dig up our back yard when the plumbing ran down the front yard! Their solution was to tear up our whole floor, which is concrete and brand new laminate, to replace the entire plumbing to the bathroom/kitchen. Would not reconsider an alternate option . We since hired another plumber that snaked the pipe and it will working fine once he replaces the pipe lane plumbing cut in half. We paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing done.
Left without furnace for 2 weeks during 30 degree weather because of them cutting corners and rushing the work in my home and not taking the time to do things the correct way. All of their vehicles advertise 24 hour emergency services. This is a lie. You will never get ahold of anyone on the weekend or after 5 on a weekday. It’s 830 on a weekday and all their phones are off right now. I could go on and on and on for awhile about all the ways this outfit screwed up here over the last two weeks. Put them down at the bottom with hsc. Call anybody else
