We would like to Thank, Darnold Plumbing for helping us out when our gas line was red tagged by the gas company. Their fast, efficient, and excellent work was amazing to see. We’ve used Darnold Plumbing twice now and will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs. Their employees are nice, respectful, and informative. Derek and Darren were the two who came out and they were great. They explained everything that was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and kept me updated throughout the whole job. They cleaned up their work areas when done, and even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my water heater and cooler. 10/10!!!
2 workers came out to do a pressure test in gas system. Found 2 leaks which I agreed to pay to get it repaired and have the gas turned on. Workers left to buy material. After coming back their boss said not to do the job and he would give me a call. No explanation whatsoever. Charged me $140 for them to waste a little over an hour of my time. Boss never called me back. Worst experience I’ve received from a local business in Alamogordo.
About a month ago our drain was clogged from the laundry to our sink. We "try" to do ourselves before calling to save money but it was not doing the job. I convinced my husband to finally call and get it professionally done. I was worry about the pricing but more so I just wanted to do the laundry without worrying about the overflow to the kitchen sink. I don't know the name of the two men who came to fix it but they did a great job and it fixed the problem for now. There's other reason why it would happen again but I can worry about that later. We expected for a higher price just to make sure we're not surprised with a big bill but it was reasonable. Definitely would recommend.
