They never responded to my request for a visit???

I had several issues that required immediate attention. A representative ( "Gus") came out and provided an estimation and explained everything in detail, very patient and helpful. He had 2 technicians / plumbers come out the next day that installed a new kitchen sink, replaced the leaking pipes, removed the broken, smelly garbage disposal, installed a new hot water tank and a water softner system to prevent the rusty well water sediments from destroying the tank / plumbing, and repaired the backflow of the sump pump. Abrey (spelling ?) and Richard did a great job installing everything and removing the old stuff, Abrey explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. The manager, "George," immediately called me when I was not happy with the new faucet style and quickly found one that I liked. Great company, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

First time using Lancaster Plumbing and Drain. I had my garbage disposal replaced. The repairmen notified me when they were on their way and were at my house on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Disposal was replaced and is working well. I gave the company a 4 star because of the cost. I was not given a quote before work was done (probably my fault that I did not ask for one) and was shocked at the cost. Research suggested the cost for replacing a garbage disposal between $250-$600. My final bill was $759 which included a service call. It would have been nice to have been offered the senior discount that the company offers.

Lucas and Chaz were polite and professional. The repair was completed in less than an hour. My only reason for four star review is that I didn’t receive an itemized bill, just repair- $225. And I was hoping maybe $150. -$200. Lucas did give me a 10% senior/ veteran discount but this is still a lot of money for the minimal amount time and materials involved. We are on limited income. Oh, and Lucas said he “thought” the warranty on this repair is one year. No firm warranty was stated. I’ll see if I have them back for other work.

I want to say that I couldn't have had better service from anyone! Rodney Harshbarger was the perfect example of getting what we all ask for. He was respectful, polite, upbeat attitude, he wanted to be sure he had done all he could for me and I truly admire and appreciate him! Thank you Rodney! And Garrett who answered my first call this morning was the same. This is why you get repeat business!!! Thanks, Lana Carney...

You guys were awesome. Thank You for responding when Roto Rooter did not. I had a 2 hour window with Roto Rooter no one called or showed. I talked to you guys and a half hour later James showed up and took care of our problem. Both the service and price were great. Thanks again for getting the job done in a timely fashion and not leaving us hanging like Roto Rooter did.

I used Lancaster Plumbing and Drain for the radiant floor issue in our master bath. The GFCI switch was bad. Evan replaced it and installed a new switch as well for the floor. Evan kept me informed every step of the way. The radiant floor is once again working. I will use Lancaster Plumbing and Drain again In the future.

Wonderful experience good personality and knows what he's doing we needed one shut off valve and he put us three in so we are very happy with the project where Bassett messed everything up I would never hire Bassett services for anything else and I do not recommend them to anybody thanks for the good work

It was actually a great experience the guys knocked the job out fast and were friendly and explained everything in detail and were very professional. I will be calling them for any future issues they are a great company and I’m glad I was able to do business with them.price was also very affordable.

Roto rooter told me they did winterization then cancelled me after I drove an hour to my cabin telling me they actually don’t do winterizing services. I called Lancaster Plumbing and they came out that day!!! Very surprised at the effort to help me out and the guys were patient and kind!

Eddie came out today for our complimentary AC clean and inspect. He was on time and so personable. He was so informative and showed us some problems and repaired them, and saved us from future problems!! He did great work, so happy with everyone who has come out from Five Star!
