“Louie is the gold standard of plumbing professionals. He was very meticulous in the service he provided, explaining everything he was doing. He also ran the bathroom sinks and tubs to make sure that while he cleared the blockage in the kitchen sinks, he didn't push the blockage to plumbing in another area.”
“Mike was fantastic. He did a great job replacing the water heater, and cleaning up. Afterwards the piping looked neater and straigher than before. He noticed and fixed things I wasn't aware of. He also found that the sink faucet needed a new cartridge and showed me how to repace it, which he didn't charge for.”

They installed a new water heater and the plumber was nice and …”

“I had to have a water heater replaced a few months ago. When Casey came over to do the inspection and gave me the quotes, I was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't salesy at all. He laid out the options in a very clear way, set the right expectations, and gave me time to think them over. I was fed up with other plumbing companies trying to sell me upgrades I didn't need. One of them even tried to sell me a …”
“Louie came out to connect our bathroom sink- he was knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. We asked about a project we are considering in our laundry room and he took the time to tell us what it would entail, and offered recommendations and suggestions. We will be calling to set up this install in the near future. Lake Cook plumbing is top notch- great, honest guys and Gianna is the go to person who sets up …”
