“After discovering a leak under a toilet Kalos was able to have Ted come out and replace the wax ring within a few hours. Ted was very courteous and knowledgeable about his task. I was very impressed how throughly he cleaned up when he was done. Kalos appears to hire only respectful technicians. We will definitely continue to call them whenever we have need for plumbing or AC expertise.”
“I never give 5 star reviews so this is a first. Completely professional from beginning to end. No hard sell on unnecessary items, no hard push to replace a 6 year old unit for $20K because an evaporator coil is leaking. They gave me a quote and fixed the coil the next day without charging me an exorbitant amount for the parts and the work.
